Abstract

Abstract. In most industries, retaining high performance employee is challenging issue faced by all companies, included in banking industry, which not only in conventional banking but also in sharia banking including PT Bank BNI Syariah as the third largest asset in sharia banking industry.  From the total turnover and total talent employee resigned compared to other competitor BNI Syariah should identify the suitable strategy to retain those employee. By designing and conducting the employee engagement survey, author try to identify which driver of employee engagement drivers that is most significant influence to say, stay and strive behavior towards company. 69% of talent employee participated in this research and give The study confirms that The Basic driver become the most influential engagement driver for say, stay and strive engagement outcomes and leadership become the least influencing among others. From the matrix influencing and variable score the basic also become the most critical drivers that must be improved because the result which reflect the current condition was not really satisfied moreover the basic itself was the most significant factor to the employee engagement of talent employee BNI Syariah  From the result, therefore, the proposed program as a retain strategy are related with the remuneration, culture, and performance management system strategy.Keywords: Bank, Employee Engagement, Human Resource, Talent Employee, Talent Management, Sharia Bank.

Abstract

Abstract - This thesis research is aim to analyze the current situation both internally and externally of PT Komunikasi Maya Bestari (Communicaption) and preparing the employee competencies in achieving corporate goals to compete with another agency. Communicaption as a new start-up agency that has been established since 2011 nowadays need to compete in this rapid competition among digital agency in Indonesia. Indonesia, as the 29th position among all countries and 6th position in South East Asia or internet penetration consider that digital industry now raise significantly. Around 51% of Indonesia population are active using internet and Indonesia get 3rd position of social media growth rank among all countries (Wearesocial.com, 2017). The internet usage also made an impact for corporate to promote their brand through digital tools such as website, social media, mobile-apps and so on. This thesis is focus on finding various things to be improved to preparing and aligning employee competencies with corporate goals. Using various method such as workload analysis, competency analysis, IFE-EFE matrix, CPM matrix and SWOT analysis, researcher find out that Communicaption has some obstacle in their internal aspects, however they have various strengths in running their business. Researcher give various suggestion and activity recommendation to support its management in aligning employee competencies to achieve corporate goals. Keywords: employee competency, corporate goals, digital agency, industry competency

Abstract. (Introduction) To achieve the vision of King of Digital in The Region and achieve the 2018 Striving Triple Double Digit Growth target (Revenue, Net Income and EBITDA), PT Telkom needs to change the organizational structure which is still based on the structure-based organization. The flexible organizational structure will provide acceleration to create new and innovative digital products and services and can no longer rely on legacy products. Changes in flexible organizational structure of technology has become a very important thing to be done to win the competition in the digital era. (Methods)One of the main aspects of flexible organization is designing performance management system (PMS) that can motivate employees to be able to (Results) provide innovations in digital products and services.
