Abstract

Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari leader-member exchange (LMX), pemberdayaan psikologis, dan komitmen organisasional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada pegawai Kantor TVRI Stasiun Kalimantan Barat. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh dari kuesioner tertulis yang diisi oleh 72 pegawai yang menjadi responden dari 75 pegawai yang ada dan data sekunder yang diperoleh berupa data pegawai Kantor TVRI Stasiun Kal-Bar. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah anaisis regresi linear berganda dengan uji hipotesis yaitu uji t, uji F, dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2) dengan bantuan software SPSS Statistics V23.0.            Dari analisis yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil penelitian yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel LMX (X1) diketahui memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel OCB (Y) sebagaimana ditunjukkan pada nilai sig. 0,002 > 0,05. Kemudian pada variabel pemberdayaan psikologis (X2) diketahui memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel OCB (Y) dengan nilai sig. 0,000 > 0,05. Selanjutnya, pada variabel komitmen organisasional (X3) diketahui memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel OCB (Y) dengan nilai sig. 0,000 > 0,05.
