Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian dalam skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui:(1) Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan praktek penjualan siswa kelas X Keahlian Pemasaran SMK Negeri 3 Pontianak, (2) Untuk mengetahui minat berwirausaha siswa keahlian pemasaran setelah pelaksanaan praktek Penjualan, (3) Untuk mengetahui Seberapa besar pengaruh praktek Penjualan terhadap minat berwirausaha pada siswa Kelas X keahlian pemasaran SMK Negeri 3 Pontianak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatifdengan bentuk penelitian studi hubungan (interrelationship studies). Populasinya berjumlah 120 siswa dan sampelnya berjumlah 30 siswa. Data diambil dengan teknik komunikasi tidak langsung (angket/kuisioner) dan teknik studi documenter (dokumentasi). Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang sedang, yaitu r = 0.368. Hasil analisis regresi juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif yaitu ditunjukkan dengan Y=52.446+0.691X. Berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan program komputer SPSS, dihasilkan bahwa t hitung> t tabel yaitu 2.097 > 2.048 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Koefisien Determinasi (R2) dari penelitian ini sebesar 13.6%. Kata Kunci: Praktek Penjualan, Minat Berwirausaha   Abstract: This study aims to investigate: (1) the implementation of SMK Negeri 3 Pontianak class X Marketing students’ sales practice; (2) Marketing students’ entrepreneur interest after conducting sales practice; (3) the number of sales practice influence to Marketing students’ entrepreneur interest. The research applied quantitative descriptive method with interrelationship studies. The population is 120 students as for the sample is 30 students. Data were taken with indirect communication technique (questionnaire) and documentary study technique (documentation). The result of regression analysis shows that there is moderate effect, that is r = 0.368. The result of regression analysis also shows the positive effect evidenced by Y = 52.446 + 0.691X. Based on calculation using SPSS computer program, it is produced that the t count > t table i.e. 2.097> 2.048 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. The Coefficient of Determination (R2) of this study amounted to 13.6%. Key words: sales practice, entrepreneur interest

Abstract

This research is intended to determine the effect of tax knowledge, socialization and application of e-filling on individual taxpayer compliance. The population used in this research is individual taxpayers in Salatiga City. While in determining the sample using the formula from Roscoe by multiplying the number of variables by 10, so that the total sample used is 40 respondents. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used for testing is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 23 software. From the results of data processing, the results show that partially tax knowledge and the application of e-filling have a positive and significant influence on taxpayer compliance. While the socialization variable is not able to influence the level of taxpayer compliance. Next, simultaneously the three independent variables, namely knowledge of taxation, socialization and application of e-filling have a positive and significant impact on the level of compliance of individual taxpayers.
