<![CDATA[ABSTRAKKartu Identitas Lintas Batas (KILB) adalah kartu yang dikeluarkan oleh Kantor Bea dan Cukai diberikan kepada para Pelintas Batas setelah dipenuhi persyaratan tertentu berdasarkan pada Peraturan Menteri Keuangan No. 188/PMK.04/2010, Setiap masyarakat yang tinggal di kawasan perbatasan berhak untuk memiliki Kartu Identitas Lintas Batas (KILB) sebagai intrument untuk mendapatkan fasilitas dan pembebasan bea dan cukai atas barang yang dibawanya dari masing-masing negara, bentuk perdagangan lintas batas seperti ini telah disepakati antara Indonesia dan Malaysia berdasarkan Border Trade Agreement (BTA) dan biasa disebut juga dengan Kesepakatan Sosek-Malindo yang disepakati pada tahun 1970.
