<![CDATA[ABSTRAKTesis ini membahas tentang Pelaksanaan Tugas Dan Fungsi Kantor Wilayah Kementrian Hukum Dan Ham Terkait Pelayanan Komunikasi Masyarakat Dalam Penyelesaian Permasalahan Hak Asasi Manusia Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Hukum Dan HAM Nomor 23 Tahun 2013 Tentang Pedoman Pelayanan Komunikasi Masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan tesis ini ialah menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dan sosiologis. Dari hasil penelitian tesis ini diperoleh kesimpulan Bahwa Pelaksanaan Tugas Dan Fungsi Kantor Wilayah Kementrian Hukum Dan HAM Terkait Pelayanan Komunikasi Masyarakat Dalam Penyelesaian Permasalahan Hak Asasi Manusia Telah Sesuai Dengan Peraturan Menteri Hukum Dan HAM Nomor 23 Tahun 2013 Tentang Pedoman Pelayanan Komunikasi Masyarakat, Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM selaku sekretariat Panitia RANHAM Provinsi memiliki peranan penting dalam pelaksanaan program utama RANHAM, salah satunya adalah Pelayanan Komunikasi Masyarakat (YANKOMAS). YANKOMAS merupakan jawaban atas banyaknya pengaduan atau komunikasi dari masyarakat mengenai dugaan pelanggaran atau permasalahan HAM yang mereka alami kepada pemerintah/non pemerintah atau lembaga mandiri, yang bergerak dalam penanganan HAM.Kata Kunci : Penyelesaian, Tugas Dan Fungsi, HAM ABSTRACThis thesis discusses the implementation of the Duties and Tasks of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Ham related to the Application of Human Rights Issues Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number 23 of 2013 concerning Guidelines for Community Communication Services. .
