<![CDATA[ABSTRAKTesis ini membahas tentang Pelaksanaan Pidana Tambahan Berupa Kebiri Kimia Terhadap Pelaku Pedofilia Ditinjau Dari Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2016 Tentang Penetapan Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2016 Tentang Perubahan Kedua Atas Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 Tentang Perlindungan Anak Menjadi Undang-Undang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan tesis ini ialah menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dan sosiologis. Dari hasil penelitian tesis ini diperoleh Bahwa Jaksa Selaku Eksekutor Dalam Pelaksanaan Pidana Tambahan Berupa Kebiri Kimia Tindak Pidana Pedofilia Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2016 Tentang Penetapan Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2016 Tentang Perubahan Kedua Atas Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 Tentang Perlindungan Anak Menjadi Undang-Undang. Penanggulangan masalah kejahatan pedofilia maka diperlukan suatu pendekatan yang berorientasi kebijakan hukum pidana. Kebijakan penanggulangan dengan hukum pidana adalah merupakan usaha yang rasional dalam rangka menanggulangi kejahatan. Sebagai kebijakan yang rasional maka kebijakan tersebut harus berhubungan dengan kebijakan aplikatif yaitu kebijakan untuk bagaimana mengoperasionalisasikan peraturan perundang-undangan hukum pidana yang berlaku pada saat ini dalam rangka menangani masalah pedofilia.Kata Kunci : Kebiri Kimia, Pedofilia, Pidana Tambahan. AbstractThis thesis discusses the Additional Criminal Implementation in the Form of Chemistry Against Pedophilia Actors Viewed from Law Number 17 of 2016 concerning the Stipulation of Government Regulation in Lieu of Law Number 1 of 2016 concerning the Second Amendment to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection into Law -Dream. The research method used in writing this thesis is to use normative and sociological legal research methods. Based on the results of this thesis research, it was found that the prosecutor as executor in the criminal implementation is additional in the form of chemical castration of pedophilia crime based on Law No. 17 of 2016 concerning the Stipulation of Government Regulation in Lieu of Law Number 1 of 2016 concerning the Second Amendment to Law Number 23 of the Year 2002 concerning Child Protection Becomes Law. Overcoming pedophilia crime problems requires an approach that is oriented towards criminal law. The mitigation policy with criminal law is a rational effort in order to overcome crime.
