<![CDATA[Abstrak Pencapaian akseptor Keluarga Berencana (KB) di Kecamatan Gondang masih kurang optimal bila dilihat dari jumlah Pasangan Usia Subur (PUS) yang jumlahnya terus meningkat yang tidak diimbangi dengan jumlah akseptor KB yang seharusnya juga terus meningkat, akan tetapi kenyataan di lapangan terus menurun bila dilihat dari nilai prevalensi yang semakin menurun setiap tahunnya dan di bawah rata-rata pada tahun 2014 yaitu sebesar 59%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, pengetahuan, pendapatan, jumlah anak dan faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap keikutsertaan Keluarga Berencana (KB) di Kecamatan Gondang Kabupaten Tulungagung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah survey analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional study yaitu peneliti melakukan observasi faktor resiko dan efek pada saat yang sama dan hanya satu kali saja yang diukur menurut keadaan pada saat observasi di 20 desa di Kecamatan Gondang Kabupaten Tulungagung dengan populasi seluruh Pasangan Usia Subur (PUS) yang berstatus kawin dengan jumlah 12.550 jiwa yang tersebar di seluruh desa dan untuk sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang tersebar di seluruh desa yang ditentukan dengan perhitungan proporsional sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan Uji Chi Square dan Regresi Logistik Berganda. Hasil penelitian dengan uji Chi Square, variabel tingkat pendidikan (p = 0,006) dengan Odd Ratio (OR) sebesar 4,04, pengetahuan (p = 0,000) dengan Odd Ratio (OR) sebesar 9,56 dan jumlah anak (p = 0,001) dengan Odd Ratio (OR) sebesar 6,56 memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keikutsertaan Keluarga Berencana (KB) di Kecamatan Gondang Kabupaten Tulungagung. Hasil penelitian dari Regresi Logistik Berganda variabel yang berpengaruh adalah variabel pengetahuan dengan nilai (Sig. = 0,000) dan variabel jumlah anak dengan nilai (Sig. = 0,039). Variabel yang tidak ada pengaruh adalah tingkat pendidikan dengan (Sig. = 0,179) dan variabel pendapatan dengan (Sig. = 0,981). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat pendidikan, pengetahuan responden tentang KB dan jumlah anak dimiliki dapat mempengaruhi keikutsertaan Keluarga Berencana (KB). Abstract The achievement of Keluarga Berencana (KB) acceptors in the Gondang Sub-District are still lower when viewed from the number of Pasangan Usia Subur (PUS) have increased that are not matched by the number of KB acceptors which should also continue increase, but the reality on the field continues to decline viewed from the prevalence value which declining every year and below the average in 2014, in the amount of 59%. The research purpose to analyze the influence of education, knowledge, income, number of children and the factors that most influence to the participation of Keluarga Berencana (KB) in the Gondang Sub-District Tulungagung District.The type of research is analytic survey with cross sectional study that is the researcher conducted observation of risk factors and effects at the same time and only one time which is measured according to the circumstances at the time of observation in 20 villages in the Gondang Sub-District Tulungagung District with the population of all Pasangan Usia Subur (PUS) who is married with the number of 12,550 people spread throughout the village and for the sample is 100 respondents spread throughout the village which was determined by calculating proportional sampling. Data analysis technique used Chi Square Test and Binary Logistic. The results with the chi square test, educational level variable (p = 0.006) with Odd Ratio (OR) of 4.04, knowledge (p = 0.000) with Odd Ratio (OR) of 9.56 and the number of children (p = 0.001) with Odd Ratio (OR) of 6.56 has significant impact on the participation of Keluarga Berencana (KB) in the Gondang Sub-District Tulungagung District. The results of the Binary Logistic, variable that influence the knowledge variable with a value (Sig. = 0.000) and number of children variable with a value (Sig. = 0.039). Variable which has no effect is the education level (Sig. = 0.179) and income variable (Sig. = 0.981). Can be concluded that the level of education, knowledge about KB and the number of children can influence the participation of Keluarga Berencana (KB).
