<![CDATA[Abstrak Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji ada atau tidaknya pengaruh metode bermain berbasis fun cooking terhadap kemampuan mengenal bentuk geometri anak kelompok A. Populasi penelitian adalah anak kelompok A yang berjumlah 20 anak. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang telah diperoleh dari penelitian dianalisis menggunakan tabel penolong wilcoxon match pairs test dan hasilnya Thitung= 0, sedangkan Ttabel= 52, yang berarti Thitung < Ttabel (0 < 52). Berdasarkan uraian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh metode bermain berbasis fun cooking terhadap kemampuan mengenal bentuk geometri anak kelompok A. Kata kunci : Kemampuan mengenal bentuk geometri, Metode bermain berbasis fun cooking Abstract This quantitative research aims to study the existence of the effect of playing fun cooking based method to the ability of recognizing geometric forms on the children of group A. Population of the research was students of group A with the amount of 20 children. Data was collected by using observation and documentation techniques. Data obtained in this research then was analyzed using wilcoxon match pairs test and the result is Tcalculated=0 and Ttable=52. It means Tcalculated < Ttable (0<52). Based on the commentary, it can be concluded that there is influence of fun cooking based playing method on the ability of recognizing geometric forms on the children of group A.
