<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengembangan serta kelayakan media KOMPEL (Komik Tempel) dengan materi indahnya keragaman yang meliputi ketepatgunaan dan keefektifan. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah berdasarkan tahapan Research and Development (R&D) model pengembangan Borg and Gall. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas IV SDN Jetis IV Lamongan. Hasil penelitian dari kegiatan validasi oleh dua validator yaitu ahli materi dan ahli media diperoleh persentase masing-masing 89,28% dan 91,6% dengan kategori ?valid?. Selain itu, media KOMPEL telah dinyatakan ?dapat diterapkan? dalam proses pembelajaran yang dibuktikan dengan hasil lembar kuisioner respon siswa pada tahap uji coba pemakaian produk sebesar 93,6% dan lembar tes yang diberikan kepada siswa dengan rata-rata nilai yang diperoleh diatas KKM yaitu sebesar 85,7. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media KOMPEL materi indahnya keragaman untuk siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar yang dikembangkan dinyatakan tepatguna dan efektif sehingga layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran. ABSTRACTThis research aims to describe the development and the feasibility of KOMPEL (Komik Tempel) medium with the beautiful diversity material that includes usefulness and effectiveness. The research was carried out based on the stages of Research and Development (R & D) development model of Borg and Gall. This research was conducted on IV class students at Jetis IV Elementary School Lamongan. The results of the validation activities by two validators namely material experts and medium experts obtained the percentage of 89.28% and 91.6% respectively with the "valid" category. In addition, KOMPEL medium has been declared "applicable" in the learning process as evidenced by the results of the student response questionnaire sheet at the trial stage of product use by 93.6% and the test sheets given to students with the average value obtained above the KKM is 85.7.
