Abstract

To increase the allocation of water in the river basin (WS) of southern Lombok, the potential for irrigation areas (AI) has spread widely, since the 1980s, efforts have been made to transfer water from wet river basins to dry watersheds. The transfer is through the Babak-Renggung-Rutus High Level Diversion (HLD) channel (18 km) and the Jangkok-Babak-Jurang Sate channel (43 km), as well as 22 other channeling channels in / across the watershed (87 km). Until now, 12 watersheds are connected, namely: Meninting, Jangkok, Remening, Babak, Dodokan, Renggung, Pare, Rere, Palung, Moyot, Aikampat and Starfruit. The number of main structures for taking water (headwork or HW) in the watersheds include 3 dams (BD), 77 reservoirs (E), 355 dams (B), and 55 diversions in the Jangkok-Babak-Jurang Sate canal. A total of 487 HWs were intended to irrigate 98,878 ha of irrigated land in 432 Irrigation Areas (DI) and a little to supply raw water of 404 l / sec. In addition, there are 2442 l / sec raw water withdrawals directly from 42 points of springs which are spread in the watershed: Jangkok, Babak, Aikampat, Meninting Midang, Kelongkong Remening, Renggung, Rung and Starfruit. Analysis of reservoir operational performance using the Hashimoto method yields a coefficient of Reliability (R) = 100%, Resiliency (R) = 100%, and Vulnerability (V) = 0%. Abstract

Kelurahan Ijobalit memiliki banyak penduduk lansia yang tidak memiliki sanitasi yang layak, sehingga kondisi ini akan mempengaruhi kesehatan individu dan lingkungan sekitar. Selain itu banyak lansia di Kelurahan ini tidak mampu membeli kacamata baca yang mereka butuhkan karena masalah keuangan. Kondisi ini dapat mempengaruhi kualitas hidup mereka, karena gangguan penglihatan dapat meningkatkan risiko jatuh, isolasi sosial, depresi hingga kesulitan berinteraksi dengan lingkungan sekitar. Tujuan dari program ini adalah untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang terjadi dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup lansia di Kelurahan Ijobalit. Penulis bekerjasama dengan VLOK Foundation Holland melakukan tindakan sosial yang berkontribusi pada masyarakat dengan memberikan bantuan berupa pembangunan toilet dan pembagian kacamata baca gratis untuk para lansia di Kelurahan Ijobalit. Untuk Tahun 2024 jumlah toilet yang dibangun sebanyak 2 (dua) unit dan telah diserahkan kepada lansia yang kurang mampu. Untuk program kerja pembagian kacamata baca gratis bagi para lansia telah tepat sasaran. Jumlah kacamata baca yang dibagikan yaitu sebanyak 184 buah dan telah didistribusikan kepada lansia yang membutuhkan. Program ini telah menghasilkan banyak manfaat bagi masyarakat lansia di Kelurahan Ijobalit.

Abstract

The Babak Watershed has 44 dams that operate to meet irrigation water needs in the regencies of Central Lombok and West Lombok. One of the dams in the Babak watershed is the Jurang Sate Dam, which has a service area larger than any other dam in West Nusa Tenggara. Under the condition of irregular water availability, Jurang Sate Dam is required to meet the irrigation water needs of Jurang Sate Hulu, Jurang Sate Hilir, Jurang Batu Hulu and Jurang Batu Hilir, covering an area of 8,671 ha with 3 (three) planting seasons. The research method will focus on primary data processing in the form of field cropping patterns, real time water availability and secondary data in the form of analysis of potential water availability, K factor and FK class and water balance through water sharing system in the field. The results of this research will provide a water shifting method that is the result of an agreement both technically and institutionally
