Abstract

This study aims to determine empirically the influence of the exchange rate of the rupiah, inflation, interest rates, and Current Ratio (CR) of real estate and property companies to the stock returns of real estate and property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2017 This study uses the independent variable Rupiah exchange rate, inflation, interest rates, and current ratio, while the dependent variable is Stock Return. The population of 44 Real Estate and Property companies that went public and the sample used were 33 companies using explanatory research methods research. The results of this study indicate that the rupiah exchange rate, inflation, interest rates, current ratio (CR) simultaneously affect stock returns, partially the rupiah exchange rate and inflation negatively affect stock returns, while interest rates and current ratios (CR) have a positive effect on stock returns. The company management should improve financial performance, especially on business operational efficiency and profitability, so that investors can trust the company's financial performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership and independent directors to corporate value. The population in this study amounted to 383 companies. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling and obtained 66 samples. This study tested using regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that (1) Managerial ownership negative effect on the value of the company. (2) Institutional ownership has no effect on the value of the company. (3) Independent commissioner has positive effect on firm value

Abstract

This study aims to understand the performance based budgeting at the Hospital  Private Sectors in batu. the subjects of this internship report consist of budgeting process included planning, performance measurement and evaluation, and reporting. besides, this internship also describes problems in budgeting process.  because of qualitative research, data was set by natural condition. The technique of collecting data was done by observation, interview and documentation study. the result of data compiler was analyzed by using qualitative methods that developed based on descriptive paradigm. the approach of phenomenology analysis used to describes comprehensive. Findings of this research showed that in general, the idealism of performance based budgeting is  achieved, although there is right in understanding of performance budgeting meaning by staff and managers.  there are many in budgeting process sequences included planning.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine whether the effect of the independent variables: CAR and Murabahah Financing on the dependent variable of profitability with the moderating variable of TPF in Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) in Indonesia from 2015-2019. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population used in this research is BUS that is registered in the Financial Services Authority in 2020 totaling 14 companies. The sample used was 6 BUS that fit the test criteria. The data studied were time series data in tools, namely Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) 3.3.2. The results of the research conducted are CAR has a positive and significant impact on profitability, Murabahah financing has a the form of annual reports. The data analysis technique used is PLS with data analysis positive and significant impact on profitability, TPF moderates the effect of CAR on profitability, TPF moderates the effect of Murabahah Financing on profitability. Abstract

PT. Cakra Cipta Guna Malang adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang produksi rokok. Dalam menyelenggarakan kinerja perusahaan PT. Cakra Cipta Guna mempunyai budaya organisasi dan sistem kompensasi yang berbeda dengan perusahaan lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah budaya organisasi, kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada perusahaan rokok PT.Cakra Cipta Guna Malang. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang dijadikan responden dipilih secara random yaitu sebanyak 50 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner berdasarkan angket berupa pertanyaan serta wawancara untuk melengkapi data yang tidak diperoleh dengan kuesioner. Sebagai variabel dependennya adalah kepuasan kerja karyawan dan variabel independennya adalah budaya organisasi dan kompensasi. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi dan regresi berganda. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa budaya organisasi dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan perusahaan rokok PT. Cakra Guna Cipta Malang.
