Abstract

This study aimed at describing and analyzing community perception concerning the implementation of Jamkesmas program in the delivery and perinatal ward of RSUD Kabupaten Buleleng, the implementation of Jampersal program, the policy of RSUD Kabupaten Buleleng concerning with Jamkesmas and Jampersal for the under service, and the constraints faced in Jamkesmas and Jampersal programs. This study belong to the qualitative approach. The input, process, and output variables were measured by using questionnaire and interview. The results indicated that (1) the community perception on the implementation of Jamkesmas programs in the delivery and perinatal ward of RSUD Kabupaten was immediately good, (2) the implementation of Jampersal programs in the delivery and perinatal ward of RSUD Kabupaten Buleleng was immediately good, (3) the constraint was a few participants  had not yet got identity and household cards which made the requirements for participating in the program incomplete, (4) the policy of RSUD Kabupaten Buleleng, in solving the problem was to facilitate the patients in arranging for  the documents in order to participate in Jamkesmas or Jampersal programs before giving care of them.

Abstract

Human Immunodeficiency Virus-Aquaired Immunodeficiency syndrom (HIV-AIDS) was one of disease that got special attention from the health world. The research was based on a large number of mothers still do not understand deeply about HIV/AIDS and do not follow PITC (Provider Initiated Testing and Counceling) so as not to be detected early possibility of the risk of transmission of HIV/AIDS from mother to baby. The purpose of this research was to know the correlation of knowledge about HIV/AIDS with the compliance to Provider From Testing And Counseling (PITC) on 1st trimester of pregnant women. The design used in this study was analytic approach with cross sectional correlation. The population in this research was all 1st trimester pregnant women in PPM (Private Practice Midwife) Mrs "W" of the Yehsumbul Village, Mendoyo sub district, Jembrana Regency, Bali province in December 2021 a number of 30 persons. This research sampling was total sampling. Data analysis used Spearman's rho test. The results suggested that nearly half (26.7%) of respondents who had less knowledge, had negative behavior in the following Provider From Testing and Counseling (PITC). The results of the analysis of data obtained pvalue = 0.002 or less of α = 0.05 means there was a correlation between the knowledge about HIV/AIDS with the compliance to PITC on 1st trimester pregnant mothers In PPM Mrs "W" Yehsumbul Village, Mendoyo sub district, Jembrana, Bali province Year 2021. Based on the results of the research, then the Midwife must provide more intense communication, counceling, and education to pregnant women in 1st trimester of the ANC with integrated Provider From Testing and Counseling (PITC).

Abstract

Masa remaja adalah masa yang cukup kritis bagi perkembangan kehidupan seorang manusia, khususnya organ reproduksi, dimana pada masa remaja merupakan masa peralihan dari masa kanak-kanak ke masa remaja yang memiliki problematika yang cukup kompleks. Kesehatan reproduksi merupakan suatu kedaan sejahtera fisik, mental dan social secara utuh, yang tidak semata-mata bebas dari penyakitatau kecacatan dalam semua hal yang berkaitan dengan sistem reproduksi serta funsi dan prosesnya. pengukuran terhadap pengetahuan peserta diperoleh hasil untuk pre-test menunjukkan bahwa siswa dengan pengetahuan baik sebanyak 5 orang (3,57%), cukup sebanyak 61 orang 43,57%) dan dengan pengetahuan kurang sebanyak 74 orang (52,85%) dan rata-rata hasil pengukuran pengetahuan siswa sebelum diberikan penyuluhan adalah sebesar 1,65. Setelah diberikan penyuluhan pengetahuan peserta kembali diukur dan didaptkan hasil sebagai berikut : siswa dengan pengetahuan baik menjadi 95 orang (67,85%), siswa dengan pengetahuan cukup sebanyak 45 orang (32,14%), sedangkan tidak ditemukan siswa dengan pengetahuan kurang, rata-rata hasil pengukuran pengetahuan siswa setelah diberikan penyuluhan sebanyak 2,75. Metode penyuluhan dapat dikatakan cukup efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa-siswi di SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja
