Abstract

According to WHO data (world health organization), the population of women experiencing menopause worldwide reached 645 million people and in 2010 it increased to 894 million people and in 2015 the number of menopause women increased by 500 million people is expected to increase by 2030 1, as many as 1,2 billion people. This study is an analytic observational study with a cross-sectional approach that aims to analyze the relationship of physical changes women in the lion village of herlang distict, Bulukumba district. The population in this study were post-menopause women in lion village herlang district, bulukumba district which was 232 respondents, the sample of this study amounted to 47 people taken using the unpaired comparative, comparative analytic formula, data analysis using alternative chi-square test Kolmogorov with p= value 0,05 the result of the study showed that physical changes, changed as many as 40 respondents (85,1%) while the unchanged were 7 respondents (14,9%). From the result of severe anxiety levels, there are 23 respondents (48,9%), mild anxiety as many as 17 respondents (36,2%), while moderate anxiety 7 respondents (14,9%). The conclusion is that there is a relationship between physical changes and the level of anxiety in menopause women in the lion village, herlang district bulukumba district. It is recommended that the result of this study is used as scientific reading as reference material for students who study similar problems.

Abstract

A report by United Children’s Fund (UNICEF), (2017) Paud that of 200 million children under 5 years in developing countries, one-third of the potential children to develop are not met. Unfulfilled developments are caused by several factors, namely, poverty, malnutrition, high levels of family stress and the environment that causes children to span violence, abuse, and lack of attention and learning opportunities. The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship of children who attended early childhood education (PAUD) with motoric development in the Artika District of Bulukumba District in 2018. This research method uses an analytic design with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were children who attended PAUD in Tk Artika as many as 35 respondents, the sample of this study were 35 respondents with a total sampling method. The results of the analysis of the relationship of children who attended PAUD with motor development in the Artika Kindergarten of Bulukumba District in 2018, with the fisher statistic test, with the level of trust (α = 0.05). Based on the test result obtained values (ρ = 0.025) then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This study concludes that there is a relationship between children who attend PAUD with motor development in the Artika District of Bulukumba Regency in 2018. It is suggested that the result of this study can be used as scientific reading material in the library and can also be used as reference material for a student who studies similar problems.

Abstract

Nutrition improvement efforts aim to improve the nutritional status of the community, prioritizing high-risk community groups, namely infants, toddlers, school-age, adolescents, pregnant and lactating mothers, and the elderly. This study aims to determine the relationship of knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of mothers in supplementary feeding with the nutritional status of infants 6-11 months in the work area of ​​caile district health center. Fur ends in 2019. The research design used in this study was cross-sectional. The population in this study were mothers who had babies aged 6-11 months as many as 359 people in the work area of ​​the caile puskesmas. Kab fur tip. Bulukumba. The sample in this study was 47 people. Abstract

Risks that threaten reproductive health in women when deciding to marry at an age that should not include abortion, anemia, sexual violence, and cervical cancer. The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that affect early marriage in adolescents This type of research is a quantitative study where the study uses a research design with an observational analytic approach with the design of the Cross-Sectional Study. The population in this study is teenagers in Bulukumpa subdistrict with a total of 50 people. The sample used in the study was 44 adolescents. There is a relationship between the level of education and the incidence of early marriage, there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and the incidence of early marriage, there is a relationship between economic status and the incidence of early marriage. From the results of the study, it is expected that the need to further increase the desire to dig up information and health education for adolescents about marriage. As well as providing motivation and activities that are useful for the development of adolescents since elementary school, the high percent of democratic parenting with the occurrence of early marriage, there is no relationship between cultural factors and the incidence of early marriage, there is a relationship between peer factors and early marriage.

Abstract

Academic achievement is something that cannot be separated from learning activities, because learning activities are a process, while academic achievement is the output of the learning process. In achieving learning achievement, there are several factors, one of which is the person's environment, the environment is one of the factors that influence the formation and development of individual behavior, both the physical and psychological environment, including learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the Analyst Changes in the Academic Achievement Index Based on the Environment in the Health Analyst DIII Study Program at STIKES Panrita Husada Bulukumba in 2018. This type of research is descriptive with a comparative study approach. This study uses a total sampling technique with an observation sheet research instrument. The results of this study indicate that Most of the residence of DIII study program students Health analysts live more with parents than living in the dormitory, the level of achievement of DIII study program students Health analyst every year has decreased this caused by several factors, be it interests, motivations, and the place of the residence itself. Based on changes in academic achievement in semester 1 the number of respondents based on the Predicate in Health Analyst DIII Study Program found the number of respondents in Semester 1. Predicate Compliment as many as 21 respondents (27.6%), Very Satisfactory Predicate of 37 respondents (48.7%), Predicate of Satisfaction of 16 respondents (21.1%), Predicate of Unsatisfaction of 2 respondents (2.6%) In semester 2, the number of respondents based on the Predicate in Health Analyst DIII Study Program found the number of predicate respondents in Semester 2. The predicate of praise was 12 respondents (15.8%), Very Satisfactory Predicate of 25 respondents (32.9%), Predicate of Satisfaction of 24 respondents (31.6%), Predicate of Not Satisfactory 15 respondents (19.7%).

Abstract

The high rate of nosocomial infections is a very important problem in the hospital. Nurses' awareness to do hand hygiene is a fundamental behavior in an effort to prevent nosocomial infections that occur in hospitals. The research objective was to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of nurses and the behavior of applying hand hygiene in the inpatient room at Lanto Dg Pasewang Jeneponto Hospital in 2020. This type of research design was creational with a cross-sectional research approach. The research population was 180 people. The sample was taken using purposive sampling with a total sample of 36 respondents. Data collection tools in the form of questionnaires and observation sheets. Based on the results of statistical tests using the fisher's exact test, the results of the p-value = 0.631> α = 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is no relationship between knowledge and the behavior of applying hand hygiene in the inpatient room of Lanto Hospital Dg Pasewang Jeneponto and for the relationship between attitude and behavior. The result obtained a p-value of 0.715> ɑ = 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is no relationship between attitude and behavior of applying hand hygiene in the inpatient room of Lanto Dg Pasewang hospital Jeneponto. Suggestions are expected that further researchers will expand the reach of the room/location.

Abstract

The COVID-19 virus has become a worldwide pandemic. Nurses who work on the front lines to treat patients due to the COVID-19 outbreak may be exposed to the virus. This can certainly make nurses have more workloads and will be vulnerable to experiencing psychological problems in the form of anxiety. One of the non-pharmacological actions that can be taken to reduce anxiety is by doing progressive muscle relaxation because progressive relaxation techniques can focus on a muscle activity by identifying tense muscles and then reducing tension by doing relaxation techniques to get a relaxed feeling. Knowing the effect of progressive muscle relaxation on the anxiety level of nurses during the covid-19 pandemic in the emergency room and jasmine at H.A.Sultan Hospital Dg.Radja of Bulukumba. Methods This research uses a pre-experimental design using a one-group pre-post design. The sample of this study was 31 respondents who were taken by the Simple Random Sampling method. The DASS 42 questionnaire was used to assess the level of anxiety. Data analysis in this study used the T one sample statistical test. The results of the analysis used a one-sample T-test with a level of confidence (α = 0.05). Based on the results of this test, the p-value is 0.000, thus p < (0.000 < 0.05), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of progressive muscle relaxation therapy on anxiety levels in nurses during the covid-19 pandemic in the emergency room and jasmine at H.A.Sultan Hospital dg. Radja Bulukumba and it is hoped that nurses will always be able to overcome the anxiety they experience.

Abstract

Psychoeducation is an action that is given to individuals and families as a way to deal with difficulties in mental changes through the provision of information related to simple psychology or other information that affects people's welfare. This study aims to determine the effect of psychoeducation on the stress level of type II DM patients in the Working Area of ​​the Caile Public Health Center, Bulukumba Regency. This type of research is a type of quantitative research. The design of this study used the "Pre Experiment One Group Pretest-Posttes design.” Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling method with a total sampling technique. The research sample taken was 30 people from the total population of type II DM patients who experienced stress in the Work Area of ​​the Caile Public Health Center, Bulukumba Regency. The measuring tool used is a questionnaire. The results of this study found that out of 30 type II DM patients who experienced stress levels before being given psychoeducation, the stress level of type II DM patients was in the moderate category, namely 28 people (93.3%), and after being given psychoeducation the stress level was in the moderate category. decreased to 16 people (53.3%). From the results of the Wilcoxon test, it was found that the value of p (0.001) < α (0.05), the result was that "There is an effect of providing psychoeducation on the stress level of type II DM patients in the Work Area of ​​the Caile Public Health Center, Bulukumba Regency. Researchers hope that health workers can create a psychoeducation program as a tool to reduce stress levels in type II DM patients in the working area of ​​the Caile Public Health Center, Bulukumba Regency.

Abstract

Data from Public Health Center Bonto Bangun Bulukumba found that there were 93 patients experiencing LBP complaints from 2020, while in 2021 there were 71 patients and in 2022 from January to March there were 37 patients. Judging from the prevalence, from 2020-2022 it has indeed decreased but not yet resolved perfectly. Cupping therapy is a therapy recommended by the Prophet in which blood is extracted using a cup and a suction cup in the skin area which is incised 1 cm wide and 4 mm deep, so that it penetrates the epidermal layer of the skin, and because of the difference in pressure, the blood is pulled out of the peripheral blood vessels as much as 50-300 ml in 5 minutes and will cause a red or black rash. This series of therapies will eventually lead to healing as predicted by the Prophet Muhammad in his hadith with the permission of Allah ta'ala Research Objectives: To know the effect of wet cupping therapy on reducing pain in sufferers of Low Back Pain in the working area of Bonto Bangun, Bulukumba. The research design is true experimental. The sample is 16 people in the treatment group, and 16 people in the control group. The sampling technique is Simple Random sampling. The research was carried out in July 2022 in Bonto Bangun District, Bulukumba Regency. The results of the study are the pain scale before carrying out wet cupping therapy in the treatment group with a scale of 4.50 and the control group with a scale of 5.50. There was a difference in the pain scale after carrying out wet cupping therapy, namely in the treatment group it was 3.00 while in the control group it was 6.00. The results of the mean withney test obtained a value of p = 0.01 (smaller than the value of a = 0.05). There is a significant difference in pain scale between before and after doing wet cupping therapy. It is better for agencies to carry out routine wet cupping therapy programs and facilitate more LBP patients
