Abstract

Abstract: This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. The purpose of this study was to determine how the planning, implementation, and supervision in carrying out community relations cooperation in SD Negeri 6 Tunggal Tunggal with the Palangka Raya environmental agency. The aspects studied refer to: (1) Planning for Public Relations Cooperation between the State Elementary School 6 Bukit Tunggal with the Environmental Office of Palangka Raya City, (2) Implementation of the Public Relations Cooperation of the State Primary School 6 Bukit Tunggal with the Environmental Service Office of Palangka Raya City, dan (3) Supervision of Cooperation Public Relations of the 6 Bukit Tunggal Public Elementary School and the Environmental Office of Palangka Raya City. Data collection procedures used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the data are analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. As for checking the validity of the data using credibility and confirmation. The stages of the research include pre-field, field work, and data analysis. The results showed that community relations cooperation which includes: planning, implementation, and supervision, has been well managed by SD Negeri 6 Bukit Tunggal, so as to increase school productivity, which will have a positive effect on school progress. Keywords: Public Relations Cooperation Abstrak: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan dalam menjalankan kerjsaama hubungan masyarakat pada SD Negeri 6 Bukti Tunggal dengan Badan lingkungan hidup kota Palangka Raya. Aspek yang diteliti mengacu pada: (1) Perencanaan Kerja Sama Hubungan Masyarakat Sekolah Dasar Negeri 6 Bukit Tunggal Dengan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Palangka Raya, (2) Pelaksanaan Kerja Sama Hubungan Masyarakat Sekolah Dasar Negeri 6 Bukit Tunggal Dengan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Palangka Raya, dan (3) Pengawasan Kerja Sama Hubungan Masyarakat Sekolah Dasar Negeri 6 Bukit Tunggal Dengan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Palangka Raya. Prosedur pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Sedangkan untuk pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan kredibilitas dan konfirmabilitas. Tahap-tahap penelitian yaitu meliputi pralapangan, pekerjaan lapangan, dan analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kerja sama hubungan masyarakat yang meliputi: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan, sudah dikelola dengan baik oleh SD Negeri 6 Bukit Tunggal, sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktivitas sekolah, yang akan berpengaruh positif bagi kemajuan sekolah Kata Kunci: Kerja Sama Hubungan Masyarakat   References: Basrowi & Suwandi. Abstract

Indonesia’s crude oil production has been declining in recent years resulting in Government of Indonesia (GoI) to import more. This import gave more pressure to the financial problem GoI faced as the fuel price, especially premium, has been subsidized which reduced the GoI capability to support other sector of developments. This is actually the background of this research which is to support the policy of the GoI to encourage the use of alternative fuels, one of those is Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG). The method used in this research is a true experiment method to analyze the performance of the matic motorcycle engine by comparing fuel that is consumed between 5? and 10? angle of crankshaft for ignition timing on petrol and LPG with various rpm ranged from2000 to 6000 rpm). The result shows that LPG consumption at 10?- angle is lower than that of 5?. Ignition time at 10?- angle for LPG is also more optimal than that of 5?. It is concluded also that at the rpm 6000 is the most effective for engine to run at 10?- angle for LPG.

Abstract

The objectives of this research is to know: the role of teacher of Sociology subject in nurturing student’s study groups at SMAN-1 Palangka Raya. Population data source, and sample is student’s study groups at SMAN-1 Palangka Raya where the number of population is 298 students and the sample taken is 25% from the population which is 77 students. The method of the research is by using Descriptive Quantitative Research with a consideration that the problem being observed is still on going and to disclose real and actual problems nowadays. The results descriptively: “the role of teacher of Sociology subject in nurturing student’s study groups at SMAN-1 Palangka Raya’, can be concluded that the sample of 77 students shows that from 29 questions in a form of questionnaire who response excellence (84,01%), good (1,16%), fair (14,29%), and poor (0,09%). From the result analysis above it is found that the highest percentage “excellence” (84,01%) shows that the role of teacher of Sociology subject in nurturing student’s study group at SMAN-1 Palangka Raya is performed excellence.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to know: (1) the leadership description of State Junior High School Principals in Kecamatan Pahandut Palangka Raya City; (2) the description of School-Based Management of State Junior High School Principals in Kecamatan Pahandut Palangka Raya City; and (3) there is a significant relationship between Principal leadership and school-based management of State Junior High School Principals in Kecamatan Pahandut Palangka Raya City. The method used in this research is quantitative method with correlational research type. The population is 178 teachers of State Junior High School Principals in Kecamatan Pahandut Palangka Raya City where 25% (44 teachers) from it is used for sample. The research results shows that: (1) on the the leadership description of State Junior High School Principals in Kecamatan Pahandut Palangka Raya City, 20,90% in category “very good”, 25,00% in category “good”, 47,73% in category “fair”, and 6,37% in category “poor”; (2) on the description of School-Based Management of State Junior High School Principals in Kecamatan Pahandut Palangka Raya City, 9,09% in category “very good”, 31,82% in category “good”, 50,00% in category “fair”, and 9,09% in category “poor”; (3) after the data had been analyzed, correlation index (rxy) is obtained which is 0,999 > on the significance level 5% = 0,304 and significance level 1% = 0,393. This means that there is a significant positive relationship between Principal leadership and school-based management of State Junior High School Principals in Kecamatan Pahandut Palangka Raya City, in the range 0,900 – 1,00 which means there is a strong or high correlation. The results supports the hypothesis that there is a significant positive relationship between Principal leadership and school-based management of State Junior High School Principals in Kecamatan Pahandut Palangka Raya City.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) deskripsi Kepemimpinan KepalaSekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri, (2) deskripsi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah(MBS), dan (3) hubungan yang signifikan antara Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah danManajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS). Metode penelitian mengunakan motode kuatitatifdengan jenis penelitian koresional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) KepemimpinanKepala Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri Se Kecamatan Pahandut di Kota PalangkaRaya, menunjukan bahwa kategori “Amat Baik” sebanyak 20,90%, nilai kategori “Baik”sebanyak 25,00%, nilai kategori “Cukup” sebanyak 47,73%, dan nilai kategori “Kurang”sebanyak 6,37%. (2) Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) di Sekolah Menengah Pertama(SMP) Negeri Se Kecamatan Pahandut Kota Palangka Raya, menunjukan bahwa kategori“Amat Baik” sebanyak 9,09%, nilai kategori “Baik” sebanyak 31,82%, nilai kategori “Cukup”sebanyak 50%, dan nilai kategori “Kurang” sebanyak 9,09%. dan (3) ada hubungan yangsignifikan antara Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah(MBS) di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri SeKecamatan Pahandut Kota PalangkaRaya.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, manajemen berbasis sekolahAbtract: The purpose of this study to determine: (1) a description of Public Junior HighSchool Principal Leadership, (2) a description of School Based Management (SBM), and(3) a significant relationship between Leadership Principals and School Based Management(SBM). The resultsshowed that: (1) Principal Leadership of Public Junior High School within Pahandut Districtcity of Palangkaraya, shows that the category of “Very Good” as much as 20.90%, the value ofthe “Good” category as much as 25.00%, the value of category “Enough” as much as 47.73%,and the value of the category “Less” as much as 6.37%. (2) School Based Management(SBM) at Public Junior High School within Pahandut District city of Palangkaraya, showsthat the “Very Good” category as much as 9.09%, the value of the “Good” category as muchas 31.82%, the value of “Enough” category as much as 50%, and the value of the “Less”category of as much as 9.09%. and (3) there is a significant relationship between thePrincipalLeadership and the School Based Management (SBM) at Public Junior High School withinPahandut District city of Palangkaraya.Keyword: School principal leadership, school based management
