Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh risiko terjadinya bencana gempa bumi sesar lembang di SMK 45 Lembang Kabupaten Bandung Barat karena berada di zona merah daerah terdampak gempa bumi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran kesiapsiagaan dalam menghadapi bencana gempa bumi sesar lembang di SMK 45 Lembang Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Kesiapsiagaan merupakan serangkaian kegiatan untuk mengantisipasi bencana melalui pengorganisasian serta langkah yang tepat guna dan berdaya guna (Anies, 2017). Faktor yang mempengaruhi kesiapsiagaan adalah pengetahuan potensi bencana, usia, tingkat/kelas, pengalaman bencana, dan pelatihan bencana. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling dengan populasi 1661 siswa/i dan sampel 323 responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner baku yang dikembangkan oleh LIPI UNESCO ISDR berjumlah 20 pertanyaan dalam google form. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar responden memiliki kesiapsiagaan sedang 174 responden (54%). SMK 45 Lembang disarankan untuk memaksimalkan sosialiasi, simulasi dan inisiasi siaga bencana dengan memfasilitasi sistem peringatan bencana, peralatan evakuasi, membentuk tim siaga bencana, mengadakan penyuluhan dan latihan kesiapsiagaan bencana pada siswa/i SMK 45 Lembang. Kata kunci: bencana, kesiapsiagaan, gempa bumi ABSTRACT This research was motivated by the risk of a Lembang fault earthquake disaster at SMK 45 Lembang, West Bandung Regency because it is in the red zone of the earthquake-affected area. The aim of this research is to determine the description of preparedness in facing the Lembang fault earthquake disaster at SMK 45 Lembang, West Bandung Regency. Preparedness is a series of activities carried out to anticipate disasters through organization and appropriate and effective steps (Anies, 2017). Factors that influence preparedness are knowledge of potential disasters, age, level/class, disaster experience, and disaster training. The research method used was descriptive quantitative with proportionate stratified random sampling technique with a population of 1661 students and a sample of 323 respondents. Data was collected using a standard questionnaire developed by LIPI UNESCO ISDR in the form of a Guttman scale totaling 60 questions in Google form. The research results showed that the majority of respondents had moderate preparedness, 174 respondents (54%). It is recommended that SMK 45 Lembang maximize socialization, simulation and initiation of disaster preparedness by facilitating a disaster warning system, evacuation equipment, forming a disaster preparedness team, holding counseling and disaster preparedness training for students at SMK 45 Lembang.
