Abstract

Abstract.This research was discussing the importance of improving the quality of the process and learning outcomes through various optimal learning models, while the teacher holds a very important role in involving students who take learning. The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of Zion High School students through the jigsaw cooperative learning model in biology subjects for the academic year 2017/2018. This research is a Classroom Action research, which discusses student factors, teacher factors and student learning outcomes. The location of this study was in Zion Makassar High School, 30th grade science as many as 30 students in the even semester of the academic year 2017/2018. Implementation of the action consists of 3 (three) cycles followed by Observation and Reflection activities. Cooperative learning type jigsaw can improve student learning outcomes. Cooperative learning type jigsaw learning is very positive, and student learning outcomes increase each cycle.Keywords: biology learning outcomes, type jigsaw cooperative learning.

Abstract

Ketika berkomunikasi biasanya mahasiswa melakukan tindakan agresivitas verbal. Saat perilaku ini dibiarkan saja dan tidak adanya pemberian teguran, maka mahasiwa akan merasa bahwa hal ini adalah hal yang wajar dan akan menjadi kebiasaan tanpa menyadari bahwa perilaku tersebut dapat menyakiti hati seseorang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan diri terhadap tingkat agresivitas verbal pada mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Theologia Jaffray Makassar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Theologia Jaffray Makassar. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan skala agresivitas verbal dan skala kepercayaan diri, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana pada 39 orang mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Theologia Jaffray Makassar, didapatkan bahwa kepercayaan diri memiliki pengaruh sebesar 14,3% terhadap tingkat agresivitas verbal pada mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Theologia Jaffray Makassar.

Abstract

higher education through academic and industry collaboration. The purpose of this research is to analyze the key components that support the growth of entrepreneurship on campus and identify strategic steps that higher education institutions can take to strengthen partnerships with external stakeholders. Using a literature-based conceptual analysis, this article reviews recent research on the entrepreneurial ecosystem, university-industry relationships, and innovation-based learning environments. The analysis shows that the entrepreneurial ecosystem in higher education is shaped by several internal factors, such as institutional governance, curriculum design, student support systems, and the existence of innovation units such as incubators and entrepreneurship centers. On the other hand, external factors such as industry involvement, government support, and community networks also play a crucial role in maintaining the sustainability of the ecosystem that encourages entrepreneurial activity. This study confirms that effective collaboration between higher education institutions and industry can accelerate the strengthening of student competencies, expand learning opportunities, and enhance institutional competitiveness. The article concludes that higher education institutions need to adopt a more integrated, collaborative, and innovation-oriented approach to build a strong and sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the educational management of SMA Zion Makassar using the CIPPO evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product, Outcome). The model was chosen because it provides a comprehensive framework for assessing the effectiveness of school management from planning and implementation to outcomes and long-term impacts on students and society. The study employed a qualitative descriptive method with data obtained through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results indicate that in terms of context, SMA Zion Makassar possesses a strong vision and mission emphasizing Christian character formation and global competitiveness, supported by high community interest and parental involvement. Regarding input, the school’s human resources and facilities are adequate, although several teachers have not yet obtained professional certification. The process dimension shows well-structured learning activities with regular supervision and evaluation, beginning with daily worship as a distinctive feature of the institution. The product dimension reflects competitive academic and non-academic achievements, while the outcome dimension demonstrates that many graduates pursue higher education both domestically and abroad. The study concludes that SMA Zion Makassar has implemented effective educational management, yet further improvement is required in teacher professional development and diversification of funding sources
