Abstract

SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Jakarta already has many learning systems that are applied in learning activities. The use of ICT in learning activities such as the use of internet networks, projector devices, local computers and networks. Basically, this system is sufficient to assist the teaching and learning process and in conducting school research (questionnaire). Teaching and learning is a process of relations between teachers and students. The questionnaire is a data collection technique by giving written and unwritten questions to get answers from respondents. However, these activities have not been realized in their development, such as using an Android-based learning system and questionnaire. In accordance with this explanation, an application is needed to assist the teaching and learning process and school research (questionnaire). This research was conducted to realize the development of an android-based system.

Abstract

Action research focuses on product identification and management to collect data on available commodity inventory, also called inventory systems. The author's focus in this context is on PT. Jaya Tegar Sejahtera at this time. The greater the complexity of data management related to stock availability, including shortages, excess stock, and stock level variations, the more goods PT. Jaya Tegar Sejahtera has in stock. Realizing that the business is growing and more data needs to be processed, PT. Jaya Tegar Sejahtera requires a software application to conduct inventory. Therefore, PT. Jaya Tegar Sejahtera needs an inventory information system to help with all inventory management tasks and determine the amount of inventory needed to meet all client requests. The study aims to create an inventory information system that follows the First In, First Out (FIFO) method to overcome existing problems using MySQL and PHP. The results of this study indicate that this inventory information system can make it easier for the sales department to request goods, allow companies to check directly into the warehouse to find stock information and help users work more productively and effectively in inventory management.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a Best Student Selection System using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. Problem identification was carried out through observation and interviews with individuals authorized to manage and understand the best student selection process at SMK Assalam. A literature review was conducted to gather information about the SAW method and its application in schools. The alternative data collected included ten students selected as candidates for the selection process, which was then normalized to convert the data into a relative and comparative scale across criteria. The decision support system implemented using the SAW method was evaluated by collecting implementation data and analyzing the results. The evaluation results indicate that the system can provide useful information to support decision-making in selecting the best student.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam memanfaatkan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi melalui penggunaan aplikasi VideoScribe. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di SDN Cimanggis 03 dengan sasaran guru sekolah dasar. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pelatihan, pendampingan, dan praktik langsung pembuatan media pembelajaran berbentuk video animasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan antusiasme dan kemampuan guru dalam mengembangkan materi ajar yang lebih interaktif dan menarik. Penggunaan VideoScribe memberikan alternatif media pembelajaran yang efektif dalam menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan dan meningkatkan keaktifan siswa. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas proses pembelajaran di sekolah dasar.
