Abstract

Al-Qur’an is the main source of Islam religion and the third pillars of iman that must be belived by the moslems.Therefore, studying Al-Qur’an is a must for all moslems. In the process of learning Al-Qur’an, there will be many obstacles and many methods.One of the methods of learning Al-Qur’an is by using An-Nahdliyah method.it is kind of partysipatory Action Research in TPQ Roudhlotul Athfal, Banjarwati villige Paciran District,Lamongan Regency. The method of PAR approach is research method which invites the individuals and communities to be active participant by joining the activities, constructions or the same fasilities with their own knowladges. There are 4 steps done: 1. Observation, 2. Planning, 3. Implementation, and 4. Evaluation. This study shows that many student significantly get many improvements. It is known that the students are more active to join the class and able to differenciate the similar hijaiyah latters. The students also more accurarately know the long or short way of reading Al-Qur’an.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of citizen journalism in supporting the growth of homeless media, using a case study of the Instagram account @infolamongan in 2024. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques including content observation, interviews with five informants, and digital documentation. The data were analyzed through a source triangulation approach. Findings show that the people of Lamongan actively participate as event reporters, social initiators, digital facilitators, and visual content creators. This participation directly contributes to the growth of the @infolamongan account in terms of follower count, user engagement, and social relevance. The account represents a form of organically-grown homeless media, unaffiliated with formal press institutions, yet effective as a digital public sphere.

Abstract

The rapid digitalization of religion has transformed Islamic communication, enabling pop culture to function as an alternative spiritual vessel. This study examines the representation of da’wah values in “Gala Bunga Matahari” by Sal Priadi, a viral Indonesian song, to analyze how theological messages are encoded in secular pop music. Employing a qualitative approach with Ferdinand de Saussure’s structural semiotics, the research focuses on the dyadic relationship between signifier (lyrics) and signified (concept) to uncover latent spiritual meanings. Data were collected through close reading and purposive sampling of key verses, then analyzed using syntagmatic and paradigmatic dimensions. The findings reveal that the lyrics construct a coherent system of signs representing Islamic eschatology specifically the concept of Barzakh and the afterlife phrased not through explicit religious jargon but through metaphors of nature (sunflowers) and eternal longing. The song reframes death not as a frightening end, but as a continuity of love. The study concludes that this work transcends mere entertainment, serving as a new theological medium for Gen Z. It offers a non-dogmatic approach to understanding mortality and Rida (acceptance), proving that digital pop culture can effectively bridge the gap between rigid orthodoxy and the spiritual needs of contemporary Muslim youth.
