Abstract

Pati Regency, located in Central Java, is known to have many social forests. One example is the Sukobubuk Social Forest. With the management efforts carried out by the Sukobubuk Rejo Forest Farmers Group (KTH), the condition of the Sukobubuk Social Forest has experienced significant improvements. To assess the extent of this progress, an analysis of the vegetation diversitas index in the forest is needed. This research uses a quantitative approach with a diversitas index calculation method which includes frequency, density, dominance, relative number, significant figure index (INP), and diversitas index (ID). The results show that the level of biodiversitas or diversitas index in the dominant woody vegetation habitat in the Sukobubuk forest is still relatively low. This can be seen from the diversitas index figures for the entire vegetation calculated which are still below number 1 (H'<1), with the highest to lowest order being sengon 0.154115951, teak 0.11926885, and balsa 0.078055196. However, forest management by KTH Sukobubuyk Rejo can be said to have experienced quite a development with conservation efforts, this is marked by the start of growth of vegetation habitat, although not yet significant.

Abstract

AbstrakUntuk memanfaatkan potensi usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di wilayah Kelurahan Tegalsari, Lurah membentuk organisasi pengembangan bernama Mekarsari pada tahun 2021. Meski telah berdiri, organisasi ini masih menghadapi beberapa tantangan dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Beberapa masalah utama meliputi: belum adanya visi, misi, tujuan, dan strategi yang jelas, pembagian peran dan tanggung jawab (uraian tugas) yang kurang jelas, serta kurangnya persyaratan pekerjaan (spesifikasi pekerjaan). Selain itu, keterbatasan keterampilan manajerial juga menjadi penghambat dalam pengelolaan UMKM. Dengan meningkatkan kemampuan pengurus dalam menjalankan organisasi diharapkan dapat mendorong perkembangan UMKM di wilayah tersebut.Kegiatan pendampingan yang diberikan kepada pengurus kelompok UMKM Mekarsari meliputi penyusunan spesifikasi pekerjaan dan uraian tugas, penerapan mekanisme pengumpulan data anggota, serta pelatihan dalam penyusunan anggaran organisasi dan komunikasi bisnis. Selama satu tahun pendampingan, tim pendampingan mendapat dukungan penuh dari kelompok UMKM dan aparat desa.Kelompok UMKM telah berhasil menerapkan sebagian besar rekomendasi pendampingan dengan baik, namun konsistensi dari pengurus tetap diperlukan di fase pasca-pendampingan. Program pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih inovatif, kreatif, produktif, dan memotivasi bagi seluruh pimpinan organisasi. Kata kunci: deskripsi dan spesifikasi pekerjaan, manajemen operasional, manajemen strategik, UMKM Abstract[U1] [MOU2] [U3] [MOU4] : To harness the potential of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the Tegalsari sub-district, the village head established a development organization called Mekarsari in 2021. Despite its establishment, the organization still faces significant challenges in carrying out its duties and responsibilities. Key issues include the absence of a clearly defined vision, mission, goals, and strategies, unclear job roles and responsibilities (job descriptions), and specific job requirements (job specifications). Additionally, management skills are limited, hindering effective governance of the MSME group. Strengthening the management's capabilities in running the organization is expected to contribute to the growth of all MSMEs in the area.Mentoring activities provided to the Mekarsari MSME group management focused on creating job specifications and descriptions, establishing a data collection mechanism for members, and offering training on organizational budgeting and business communication. Over a year of mentoring, the team received full support from both the MSME group and the village authorities.The MSME group has successfully implemented many of the mentoring recommendations, although continued consistency from the management is needed in the post-mentoring phase. Abstract

Studies show that financial literacy significantly influences financial decisions. Most research assesses current financial literacy based on past decisions, creating an endogeneity problem that leads to biased and inconsistent parameters, as financial literacy may have developed over time. This study examines endogeneity and its effects. It uses the financial condition of the oldest sibling as an instrumental variable to address endogeneity between young people's financial literacy and their decision to join the Government's stock investment program (Program Yuk Nabung Saham) during its early adoption. The respondents are graduate students from a reputable business school in Jakarta. The Control Function method is used to estimate the effect. Findings indicate that instrumented financial literacy significantly affects young people’s stock investment decisions. Individuals with low financial literacy have a minimal probability of investing, while those with all correct financial literacy have a 91.11% probability. Enhancing understanding of this issue will lead to a better basis for decision-making, even though these findings are intended to evaluate something other than that program.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap nilai perusahaan pada sepuluh bank dengan modal inti terbesar yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2020–2024. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel dengan CSR sebagai variabel independen yang diukur berdasarkan GRI Standards 2021 dan nilai perusahaan diukur menggunakan indikator Price to Book Value (PBV). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CSR tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PBV di sektor perbankan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pasar perbankan di Indonesia belum sepenuhnya menjadikan praktik keberlanjutan sebagai faktor utama dalam peningkatan nilai perusahaan. Nilai perusahaan lebih banyak dipengaruhi oleh faktor fundamental seperti profitabilitas dan struktur risiko. Studi ini menekankan pentingnya peningkatan kualitas implementasi serta komunikasi kegiatan CSR kepada investor, disertai dengan upaya membangun kesadaran investor mengenai urgensi keberlanjutan sebagai pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi.
