Abstract

Background : High maternal mortality rate is a problem and a concern for all countries due to the impact effect on the economy, politics and policy development. As one of the efforts to reduce maternal mortality and infant mortality rate in Indonesia, KIA book as means of integration of maternal and child health services. Lack of knowledge of pregnant women about the KIA books utilization can increase the risk of maternal and infant mortality. Objective : This study aimed to determine the level of knowledge about the utilization of KIA book in pregnant women. Methods : This research was descriptive quantitative with cross sectional data collection. Univariat analysis was used for the data analysis. The sampling technique was total sampling with the number of 48 pregnant women. Results : The result of univariate analysis showed that 65% pregnant women had enough knowledge about the utilization of KIA book. Conclusion : The level of knowledge about the utilization of KIA book is categorized into enough category. Keywords : Knowledge, KIA book

Abstract

Background:The production of breast milk which is less and slowly exits can cause the mother not to give enough milk to her baby. In addition to the hormone prolactin, the lactation process also depends on the hormone oxytocin, which is released from posterior pituitary as a reaction to nipple sucking. Oxytocin affects the myoepithelial cells that surround the alveoli so that the alveoli contracts and secretes milk that has been secreted by the mammary gland, this oxytocin reflex is affected by the mother's soul. If there is anxiety, stress and hesitation that occurs, then the expenditure of breast milk can be hampered. Various ways can be done to stimulate the oxytocin reflex. The endorphin massase method is used as an alternative way to provide comfort for labor pain and can increase the release of oxytocin substances. Objective:This study aims to determine the effect of endorphin massage on breastfeeding in postpartum mothers. Methods:This study was quasi experimental with a sample of postpartum mothers. The independent variable is endorphin massage, and the dependent variable is breastfeeding with a post test only design with control group design. The statistical test used was the Wilcoxon test. Results:Based on the results of research conducted on 20 respondents, the results obtained from the non parametric statistical test 2 indepedence samples (Wilcoxon test) stated that the results of the Wilcoxon statistical test showed results p= 0.026 <0.05, meaning Ho was rejected and Hı was accepted so that there was influence oxytocin massage against the time of milk removal. Conclusion:There is an effect of oxytocin massage on the time of breastfeeding in postpartum mothers. Keywords: Breastfeeding, endorphin massage, postpartum.

Abstract

Protokol Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) merupakan pondasi dalam pertukaran informasi routing antar Autonomous System (AS) di internet. Namun, keamanan BGP telah menjadi perhatian utama karena rawan terhadap serangan seperti hijacking dan spoofing. Resource Public Key Infrastructure (RPKI) menjadi solusi yang mengonfirmasi asal rute BGP, mengurangi risiko serangan tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan dan mengevaluasi keamanan BGP dengan RPKI pada jaringan PT. Bintang Mataram Teknologi yang menggunakan MikroTik RouterOS 7. Implementasi melibatkan konfigurasi RPKI pada router MikroTik untuk mengonfirmasi dan memberikan izin pada asal rute BGP. Simulasi serta implementasi dilakukan menggunakan EVE-NG sebagai simulator dan sebuah Virtual Server yang berperan sebagai RPKI Validator. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan 3 AS, 6 router, 2 virtual PC, 1 virtual server untuk validator, dan 1 virtual PC sebagai fake server DNS Google. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi RPKI pada jaringan PT. Bintang Mataram Teknologi dengan menggunakan MikroTik RouterOS 7 dapat meningkatkan keamanan BGP dengan mengonfirmasi asal rute yang diterima. Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa RPKI efektif dalam mengurangi risiko serangan BGP, dengan tambahan beban yang masih dapat diterima dalam operasi jaringan. Penelitian ini memberikan sumbangan dalam memperkuat keamanan infrastruktur jaringan, terutama dalam konteks penerapan MikroTik RouterOS 7 untuk mengimplementasikan RPKI dalam melindungi layanan dan data sensitif dari serangan terhadap BGP.
