Abstract

Adolescents with disabilities or special needs are very vulnerable to various health problems including reproductive health. In helping to maintain reproductive health, of course, there needs to be other factors that can support the achievement of reproductive health maintenance such as family support, social support and the role of health workers. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of family support, social support and the role of health workers on the reproductive health of blind adolescents in the Sukabumi City Area and Sukabumi Regency. This type of research is correlational with the cross sectional approach. The population and s ampel as many as 42 adolescents with visual disabilities in sukabumi city and sukabumi regency used total sampling. Statistical analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant influence of information sources on the reproductive health behavior of adolescents with visual disabilities (p-value 0.000), there was a relationship of knowledge on the reproductive health behavior of adolescents with visual disabilities (p-value 0.000), and there is knowledge of attitudes towards reproductive health behaviors of adolescents with visual disabilities (p-value 0.000). and there is a simultaneous influence of sources of information, knowledge and attitudes towards reproductive health behaviors of adolescents with visual disabilities (p-value 0.000). It can be concluded that sources of information, knowledge and attitudes have an influence on the reproductive health behavior of adolescents with visual disabilities. The findings in this study can be used as a reference for relevant agencies and the government regarding the protection of adolescents with visual disabilities

Abstract

Aims: Cervical cancer can be prevented with vaccination and early detection, which can halt the progression of the disease. The IVA test is one of the most effective cervical cancer screening procedures available. Several factors influence IVA examination target attainment, including husband support, motivation, and self-efficacy in the IVA examination. The goal of this study was to discover what factors influence the visual inspection of acetic acid by women of childbearing age (PUS) (IVA). Methods: This is a cross-sectional approach to correlational research. With a sample size of 318 people, the population is all women of childbearing age (PUS) in Karawang Village, Karawang Working Area of Karawang Health Center, Sukabumi Regency. Cluster random sampling is used for sampling. Questionnaires were used to collect data, and Chi-square was used for statistical analysis. Results: The findings revealed that husband support influenced the visual inspection of acetic acid (IVA) (p-value 0.001), there was no motivational influence on the visual inspection of acetic acid (IVA) (p-value 0.218), and there was no effect of self-efficacy on the visual inspection examination of acetic acid (IVA) (p-value 0.393). Conclusions: The visual inspection of acetic acid (IVA) in women of childbearing age (PUS) partners is influenced by husband support.

Abstract

Population quality of life, especially reproductive health, declines after landslides. Any reproductive health stimulation is compared to ordinary material content and reproductive health. Adolescents sometimes lack sexuality-related knowledge, and peer information might be inaccurate, thus misinformation may lead them to make mistakes. West Java's Sirnaresmi Village, Sukabumi Regency, is prone to landslides. Teenagers live there. The purpose of implementing this counseling activity on Sexual Behavior is to optimize the knowledge and understanding of adolescents in landslide-prone areas of Sirnaresmi Village, Sukabumi Regency about reproductive health related to sexual behavior. The method of implementing the activity includes three stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation. The activity was carried out for 3 months. The participants who took part in this activity were as many as 20 participants. The result of the implementation of activities is an increase in adolescents' knowledge and understanding of reproductive health related to sexual behavior.

Abstract

Lansia merupakan kelompok usia yang lebih rentan terhadap berbagai macam masalah kesehatan salah satunya yaitu masalah pada sistem kardiovaskular, diantaranya hipertensi. Hal tersebut terjadi akibat beberapa faktor yaitu kurangnya aktivitas fisik dan kualitas tidur yang tidak baik. Upaya penanganan hipertensi pada lansia yang dilakukan oleh Puskesmas Sukabumi meliputi penyuluhan rutin, pemeriksaan tekanan darah bulanan, serta edukasi tentang pola makan kepada kader kesehatan. Meskipun berbagai intervensi telah dilakukan, tingkat keberhasilan dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup lansia, termasuk kualitas tidur, masih menjadi tantangan. The study purpose was untuk mengetahui Hubungan Aktivitas Fisik Dengan Kualitas Tidur Pada Lansia Penderita Hipertensi di Kelurahan Subangjaya Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Sukabumi Kota Sukabumi. Materials and methods. Metode penelitian korelasional dengan desain cross sectional. Populasinya sebanyak 215 responden dengan sampel 140 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan Cluster random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan Chi-square. Results. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki aktivitas fisik kurang sebanyak 75 (53,6%), dan sebagian besar responden memiliki kualitas tidur baik sebanyak 79 (56,4%). Hasil analisis didapatkan nilai p-value 0,000 < 0,05 artinya terdapat hubungan aktivitas fisik dengan kualitas tidur pada lansia penderita hipertensi. Conclusions. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini terdapat Hubungan aktivitas fisik dengan kualitas tidur pada lansia penderita hipertensi. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini bisa menjadi dasar bagi pelayanan kesehatan dalam membuat perencanaan kebijakan dalam penanggulangan hipertensi pada lansia khususnya dalam hal aktivitas fisik lansia.
