Abstract

Land and buiding tax is the main source ini regional development. This study raised hoh people’s interest in ttheir obligation to the state. As for objectives to be achieved in this studi is to desceribbe the public perception of the obligation to pay taxes in subdistrict of Tilamuta and to find out what factors influence the formation of community persception. This type of research is quantitative descriptive survey research that is taking sampels from a population and using a questionnaire. Aims to explain condition, summarize the various conditions and situation and variables that arise in the community. Based on what happened thes raised to the surface of the character or description of condition of situation and its variables. The population of this research is community of Tilamuta sub-district whose sampels were taken from all villages using the frank linch formula with total of 100 sampel. The results of research data processing show that most respondents know about land and building taxes. The awareness of the community in paying Tilamuta land and building taxes is quite high, this cann be seen from the level of public education that began to improve. The socialization given by the regional government was also quite good but not yet maximized.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagamana Implentasi Program Bantuan Rumah Hhunian Bagi Masyarakat Miskin Di Provinsi Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan analisis data interaktif menurut Miles and Huberman. Hasil penelitian adalah Implementasi Program Bantuan Rumah Layak Huni Untuk Masyarakat Kurang Mampu Di Provinsi Gorontalo yang  tersebar di 2 (dua) kabupaten dan 1 (satu) kota sudah berjalan dengan optimal, jika dilihat dari penyampaian sosialisasi yaitu pemberian informasi, semua informasi dapat di terima dan difahami oleh pihak penerima bantuan. Baik itu dalam hal pelaksanaan teknis maupun dalan hal anggaran Sehingga dalam pelaksanaan di lapangan tidak terdapat kendala-kendala.  Komunikasi antara pedamping dan pihak penerima bantuan juga terjalin dengan baik. Dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan hampir tidak ada hambatan karena melihat dari sumber daya manusia para pendamping sangat memiliki keahlian dan kemampuan dalam pembangunan rumah layak huni. pelaksanaan pembangunan rumah yang tepat sasaran yaitu kepada masyarakat kurang mampu, fasilitas dalam pembangunan rumah layak huni yang memadai, dan besarnya anggaran dalam pembangunan rumah layak huni serta Dimensi Struktur Birokrasi yang baik terkait  SOP dalam pembangunan tersebut menjadikan program ini berhasil dijalankan dengan baik. This study aims to find out how the Residential Housing Assistance Program for the Poor in Gorontalo Province is Implemented. This study uses a type of qualitative research with interactive data analysis according to Miles and Huberman. The result of the research is that the implementation of the Livable Housing Assistance Program for Poor Communities in Gorontalo Province which is spread over 2 (two) districts and 1 (one) city has been running optimally, when viewed from the delivery of socialization, namely the provision of information, all information can be received and understood by the beneficiary. Both in terms of technical implementation and in terms of budget so that there are no obstacles in the field implementation. Communication between the mentor and the beneficiary is also well established. In carrying out the development there were almost no obstacles because from a human resource standpoint the assistants had the expertise and ability to build livable houses. implementing the construction of houses that are right on target, namely for the underprivileged, adequate facilities in the construction of livable houses, and the size of the budget for the construction of livable houses as well as good Bureaucratic Structure Dimensions related to SOPs in this development have made this program run successfully

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transparency on the quality of public services at the Gorontalo City One-Stop Manunggal Administration System (SAMSAT). The research employs a quantitative methodology. The population for this study comprises residents of Gorontalo City who have received services at the SAMSAT office, with a sample size of 30 individuals. The results of this research indicate that the influence of transparency on the quality of public services at the Gorontalo City SAMSAT is 63.8%. This finding can be categorized as a moderate level of influence. The study highlights a notable relationship between the two variables, suggesting that while transparency is a significant factor in service quality, it is not the sole determinant. These findings provide valuable insights for public administration, particularly in the context of government service delivery. The evidence supports the notion that increasing transparency can lead to improvements in public service quality. The study’s implications are relevant for policymakers seeking to enhance accountability and public satisfaction within administrative systems. Further research could explore other variables that contribute to service quality to gain a more comprehensive understanding.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) Strategi Komisi Pemilihan Umum Dalam Meningkatkan Partisipasi Pemilih pemula pada Pemilihan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Sulawesi Utara Tahun 2020 di Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara, 2) faktor penghambat partisipasi pemilih pemula pada pemilihan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Sulawesi Utara tahun 2020 di Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara. Metode penelitian ini pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Informan: ketua KPU Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara; Komisioner divisi Sosialisasi, Pendidikan Pemilih, Partisipasi Masyarakat dan Sumber Daya Manusia; pemilih pemula; mahasiswa; relawan demokrasi; tokoh pemuda; dan siswa SMA. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi; wawancara; dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang digunakan KPU dalam upaya meningkatkan partisipasi pemilih pemula sudah efektif. Hal ini berdasarkan pendapat yang dikemukakan oleh informan tentang tahap penyusunan strategi yang terdiri dari formulasi dan sasaran jangka panjang, pemilihan tindakan dan alokasi sumber daya walaupun ada beberapa kendala yang menghambat partisipasi tersebut seperti kesibukan kegiatan sehari-hari, pengaruh lingkungan keluarga dan perasaan tidak mampu.
