Abstract

This article aims to determine the implementation of the prudential principle and joint responsibility system in minimising problematic financing at BWM Tebuireng Mitra Sejahtera. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation. The results of this study explain that 1) The implementation of the prudential principle at BWM Tebuireng Mitra Sejahtera has been implemented properly and effectively according to the stages and procedures that have been determined through the application of the 5C principle assessment (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, and Condition of Economy). Of the five principles, the most prioritised assessment by BWM Tebuireng Mitra Sejahtera is the Character of prospective customers in analysing the feasibility of prospective customers. 2) The implementation of the joint responsibility system is carried out through several stages, among others: Identification, Socialisation, Customer Eligibility Test, Pre PWK (Pre Mandatory Group Training), PWK (Mandatory Group Training), and Halmi (Weekly Halaqah). 3) The implementation of the prudential principle and joint responsibility system can minimise the number of non-performing financing at BWM Tebuireng Mitra Sejahtera marked by the percentage of NPF (Non Performing Financing) which has decreased every year.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the process of managing zakat, infaq and shadaqah funds (ZIS) at LAZISMU, Nganjuk Regency. In addition, to find out the efforts made by the institution in increasing the number of muzakki in LAZISMU, Nganjuk Regency. The activities that have been carried out by LAZISMU Nganjuk in increasing the number of muzakki are by socializing an agency related to programs at LAZISMU, providing public awareness about zakat during Friday sermons, at ta'lim assemblies, printing calendars or bulletins containing activities at LAZISMU, carry out intensive socialization on social media and at other events. This research uses descriptive qualitative case study method. The result of this study is that there is public interest in distributing a little of their wealth which is then handed over to those in need through the LAZISMU zakat amil institution, Nganjuk district. So that the number of muzakki in 2020 will continue to increase even though in the middle of 2020 it has decreased due to the covid pandemic. But even so, the accumulation of the number of muzakki continues to experience an upward trend.

Abstract

Abstract: This article aims to analyze further the implementation of the multiservice ijarah (financing) contract in Islamic cooperatives in terms of the DSN-MUI fatwa. Multijasa Ijarah financing is the most popular product because it is considered the most suitable for the various needs of cooperative members, especially at the Kediri Insan Sejahtera Sharia Employee Cooperative (KKS). In this research, multijasa ijarah financing at Sharia Employee Cooperative (KKS) Insan Sejahtera Kediri will be reviewed from two DSN MUI fatwas, namely DSN-MUI fatwa NO: 09/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 and DSN-MUI fatwa NO: 44/DSN-MUI/VIII/2004, by using the qualitative method with the type of field research and using a descriptive analytical approach. The results of this study are: 1) Multijasa ijarah financing is only devoted to permanent employees of KKS Insan Sejahtera Kediri and can be used for takeover services financing, which can be used to meet the consumptive needs of members, including the cost of paying debts or loan repayments, employee teacher children's education costs, medical expenses, home renovation costs, and others. 2) The implementation of the multijasa ijarah contract at KKS Insan Sejahtera Kediri in terms of the DSN MUI Fatwa NO: 09/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 is not fully following the fatwa. 3) Implementation of multijasa ijarah contract at KKS Insan Sejahtera Kediri in terms of Fatwa DSN MUI NO: 44 DSN-MUI/VIII/2004 has been in accordance based on the fatwa. It is explained in the fatwa that multijasa financing is legal jaiz by using ijarah or kafalah contracts. Abstrak: Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganilis lebih mendalam tentang implementasi akad ijarah (pembiayaan) multijasa pada koperasi syariah ditinjau dari fatwa DSN-MUI. Pembiayaan Ijarah Multijasa menjadi produk yang paling banyak diminati karena dianggap paling cocok dengan berbagai kebutuhan anggota koperasi terutama pada Koperasi Karyawan Syariah (KKS) Insan Sejahtera Kediri. Dalam penelitian ini pembiayaan ijarah multijasa pada Koperasi Karyawan Syariah (KKS) Insan Sejahtera Kediri akan ditinjau dari dua fatwa DSN MUI yaitu fatwa DSN-MUI NO: 09/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 dan fatwa DSN-MUI NO: 44/DSN-MUI/VIII/2004 dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif,  dengan jenis penelitian lapangan serta menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analitis. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu 1) Pembiayaan ijarah multijasa hanya dikhususkan pada pegawai tetap KKS Insan Sejahtera Kediri saja dan bisa digunakan untuk Pembiayaan Jasa Takeover yang dapat digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumtif anggota meliputi biaya membayar hutang atau pelunasan pinjaman, biaya pendidikan anak guru karyawan, biaya berobat, biaya renovasi rumah, dan lainnya. 2) Implementasi akad ijarah multijasa pada KKS Insan Sejahtera Kediri ditinjau dari Fatwa DSN MUI NO: 09/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan fatwa. 3) Implementasi akad ijarah multijasa di KKS Insan Sejahtera Kediri ditinjau dari Fatwa DSN MUI NO: 44 DSN-MUI/VIII/2004 telah sesuai berdasarkan fatwa tersebut. Dijelaskan dalam fatwa bahwa pembiayaan multijasa hukumnya jaiz dengan menggunakan akad ijarah atau kafalah.

Abstract

Abstract: In Indonesia, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) make up approximately 99% of the total businesses and absorb 97% of the workforce, making SMEs a key contributor to the economic sector. However, the waste produced by SMEs is also considerable when compared to large-scale businesses. Research discussing the environmental impact of SME economic activities is still very limited, despite the importance of the relationship between SMEs and the environment as a critical issue to study. The aim of this study is to obtain an in-depth and holistic description of the knowledge, attitude, and production behavior of SME actors regarding environmentally conscious production. This research is qualitative in nature. Three data collection procedures will be used in this study: interviews, observations, and documentation. Based on the analysis conducted, the research findings are: (1) business owners have limited knowledge of environmentally conscious economics; (2) SME owners have a positive attitude towards environmentally conscious business practices; (3) some SMEs still use raw materials harmful to the environment and do not engage in waste management. Keywords: Knowledge, Attitude, Environmentally Conscious Behavior Abstrak: Di Indonesia, jumlah pelaku Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) sekitar 99% dari total perusahaan/usaha yang ada di Indonesia dan menyerap 97% tenaga kerja sehingga UKM memainkan peran penting memberikan konstribusi di sektor ekonomi. Namun, limbah yang dihasilkan oleh UKM juga tidak kalah besar jika dibandingkan dengan usaha skala besar. Penelitian yang membahas dampak aktivitas ekonomi dari UKM terhadap permasalahan lingkungan juga masih minim sekali. Padahal, antara UKM dan lingkungan merupakan permasalahan yang penting untuk diteliti. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh deskripsi secara mendalam dan holistik tentang pengetahuan, sikap, perilaku produksi yang dimiliki oleh pelaku UKM tentang produksi berwawasan lingkungan. Sehingga penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Ada tiga prosedur pengumpulan data yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan, temuan penelitian adalah (1) pengusaha memiliki pengetahuan yang terbatas tentang ekonomi berwawasan lingkungan. (2) pemilik UKM memiliki sikap yang setuju/mendukung terhadap usaha yang berwawasan lingkungan. (3) masih terdapat UKM yang mengunakan bahan baku yang membahayakan lingkungan dan tidak melakukan pengolahan limbah. Kata Kunci: Pengetahuan, Sikap, Perilaku Berwawasan Lingkungan

Abstract

Oishi Chicken Fillet Kediri faces challenges in increasing customer engagement and loyalty amidst increasingly tight culinary business competition. This community service activity aims to develop creative content that is visually and emotionally appealing to increase brand appeal and strengthen relationships with customers. Using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, this activity actively involves the owner and team of Oishi Chicken Fillet in the process of identifying problems, formulating strategies, and implementing solutions. The stages of the activity include food photography and videography workshops, emotion-based storytelling strategy training, and assistance in implementing digital marketing through social media. The results of the activity showed an increase in customer engagement of up to 40%, marked by more active social media interactions, and an increase in customer loyalty of 25%, seen from the increasing number of loyal customers. The PAR approach is effective in creating solutions based on real needs while empowering the business community to grow sustainably.

Abstract

Business Identification Number (BIN) is an official identity that must be owned by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to carry out business activities legally in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations. In Kediri City, although the number of MSMEs continues to increase, many business actors do not yet understand the importance of having a NIB as a form of business legality. This community service activity aims to provide understanding and assistance to MSME actors regarding the creation of BIN through the OSS (Online Single Submission) system. The method used is assistance. The results of the activity show that this assistance is effective in increasing the knowledge and awareness of MSME actors regarding the benefits of business legality, such as easy access to financing, marketing opportunities, and legal protection. With the BIN, MSMEs in Kediri City can run their businesses in a more focused, sustainable, and competitive manner.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the regulation of the Deputy for Supervision of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises in question are: 1) Regulation of the Deputy for Supervision of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Number 06/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016 concerning guidelines for health assessment of savings and loan cooperatives and savings units borrow. Based on this regulation, cooperative performance is measured from 7 aspects, namely: capital aspect, productive asset quality aspect, management aspect, efficiency aspect, liquidity aspect, independence and growth aspect and cooperative identity aspect; 2) Regulation of the Deputy for Supervision of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Number 07/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016 concerning guidelines for the health assessment of savings and loan cooperatives and sharia financing and savings and loan units and cooperative sharia financing. Based on this regulation, the performance of cooperatives is measured from 8 aspects, namely seven aspects are the same as conventional cooperatives with different indicators plus one other aspect, namely the aspect of compliance with sharia principles..
