Abstract

Abstract- The present paper studies the insufficiently studied problem of creating a conceptual apparatus for the practice of interaction between enterprises of the real and virtual sectors of the economy. The author sets a goal to analyze various aspects of this problem and formulate a number of concepts expanding and clarifying the system of ideas about the interaction of the real and virtual sectors of the economy. The aim of the study is to develop and practice the basic concepts and clarify the foundations of interaction between the real and virtual sectors of the economy, which will expand, introduce and more fundamentally understand the essence of this phenomenon and reduce the risks of making many management decisions. The study used the methods of situational, structural and dynamic analysis contributed to the study of the current ideas about the interaction of enterprises of the real and virtual sectors of the economy, including government regulation of emerging problems. A systematic approach was used when assessing the state of adaptation of digital enterprises. Research has revealed the systemic nature of the influence of a combination of various factors affecting the interaction of economies, all aspects of the life of enterprises in the real sector of economy, their internal and external functioning environment that need to be considered when describing interaction phenomena and the concepts arisen from their essence. The practical significance of the study materials: The materials of the paper are of practical value for business structures, public administration and the public sector. The formulated concepts are used in practice in the transition of enterprises in the real sector of the economy to digitalization and management of processes of interaction between the real and virtual sectors of the economy. Their use contributes to the formation of the most complete picture of the management object as well as the adoption of adequate management decisions about its change in a given direction, increasing their competitiveness and profitability.

Abstract

Abstract? Supply chain management played a critical role in the electric power industrial chain optimization. The paper notes that in order to increase transparency and efficiency of settlements for electric energy, the introduction of intelligent metering systems is necessary. In order to achieve efficiency, transparency, data security and reduce transaction costs abroad, blockchain technologies that have both positive and negative characteristics have begun to be actively introduced. Similar aspirations are realized in Russia, where smart metering devices are also installed everywhere for consumers of electric energy. At the same time, studies show that it is advisable to implement the implementation of blockchain technology only in conditions of decentralized electricity supply, since the principles of this technology are not compatible with management from a single center. In Russia, given the significant role of centralization in electricity supply chain and non-payment for energy, the presence of ?non-disconnected? consumers and a very modest share of renewable energy, the possibilities for using blockchain technology are very limited. This necessitates the search for effective ways to use blockchain technology, taking into account the current circumstances.

Abstract

Abstract- The purpose of the study was to find out the possibilities of adapting states to global trends in the digital transformation of the main spheres of life for survival and development in an emerging multi-polar world. The work was done as part of a grant from the Russian Foundation for Basic Research and discloses the results of the initial stage of its implementation. Our task was to develop a conceptual vision for solving the problems of adapting states to global trends in digital transformation and to justify the mechanisms for its implementation in practice. Information for the study was compiled from scientific literature, the Internet, statistical reports, and other open sources available for use. In the theoretical part of the study, we needed to clarify such concepts as “digitalization in supply chain management ” and “adaptation”, justify the manifestation of their basic functions, identify and describe such new global trends in digitalization in supply chain management  that affect adaptation, as the dominant role of states in this issue over other participants in digital transformations; their massive, comprehensive nature, high speed and irreversibility of digital transformation; recognition of intellectual capital as the undivided dominant power of digital transformation and the displacement of cultural and spiritual factors of human development into the background. Contrary to expectations, we came to the conclusion that the adaptation of states to the global trends of digital transformation in the main areas of life is facilitated by the timely identification, understanding of global changes and the implementation of strategies for adapting institutions, business entities, the population and society to future changes using special rules, mechanisms and decisions set out in the paper. The recommendations arising from this study can be applied at the state and interstate levels of government when developing strategies, programs, regulatory documents, regulations and standards governing adaptation to digitalization in supply chain management. They are useful for business corporations and public organizations which professional interests extend to solving the problems of socialization and adaptation of people, taking into account the diversity of cultures and national identity of citizens.
