The currency of the papers is a thing of the past, since the virtual currencies are beginning to take control and Bitcoin is ready to achieve this performance. Not only does it revolutionize the way it is paid, but it also potentially affects the USD as the USD, which is already a challenge for the challenges of the EURO or the Chinese Renminbi Yuan (CNY). The increase in crypto currencies will give a new dimension to this challenge for the Ringgit (MYR) in Malaysia. The purpose of this study is to understand the many factors that are gaining momentum in Bitcoin (BTC) in several areas of global finance and how confusing it can be, including the financial system of the major fiduciary currencies, which is mainly MYRs. The most important variables examined are Bitcoin, Bitcoin Technology, Bitcoin Economy and Bitcoin as currency. Furthermore, the study would propose a framework that would become the foundation for the furthering of upcoming explorations. Finally, this study would act as a stepping ground for making effective contributions towards understanding the best possible way to plan for the success of retail market in Malaysia.

Abstract

Abstract - Homestay Program (HP) initiatives play an important role in Community-based Tourism (CBT), especially for Malaysian tourism industry. HPs offer activities that are catalysts to the community development, focusing those in the rural areas. However, due to technological advancements, promotion and marketing strategy for the unique CBT initiative needs a new and inventive move.  This leads to the proposed technology-based framework for a system as part of the specific CBT supply chain (CBTSC), known as the Collaborative-based Web Recommender (CBWR) system or simply, website. The CBTSC is further intensified to emerge the CBWR sub-supply chain model. As part of the CBWR model, the CBWR website is able to essentially promote the CBT effort of HP worldwide, thus supports community development and livelihood. Keywords - Homestay Program, Collaborative-Based Web Recommender System, Community-Based Tourism Supply Chain, Technology-Based Promotion and Marketing, Rural Community-Based Tourism

Abstract

This research investigates the factors contributing to global music copyright infringement in the digital era, the legal framework established by Indonesian Law Number 28 of 2014 on Copyright, and strategies for strengthening protection. Using a doctrinal legal research approach, the study incorporates statutory and comparative legal analyses to assess the effectiveness of Indonesia’s copyright laws and proposed strategies. The findings indicate that digital piracy globally is primarily driven by technological advances, the ease of sharing pirated content, and inconsistent international copyright laws. These issues have resulted in significant financial losses for creators and the rise of new forms of piracy. In Indonesia, while Law Number 28 of 2014 provides robust protections for creators, including economic and moral rights, enforcement remains problematic due to low public awareness and the rapid pace of technological advancements. Key institutions, such as the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Intelektual/DJKI) and Collective Management Institutions (Lembaga Manajemen Kolektif Nasional/LMKN), play a critical role in enforcement but need further support. The study recommends strengthening legal frameworks, international harmonization, and leveraging technological solutions such as blockchain to improve copyright enforcement in Indonesia and ensure fair compensation for artists.
