Abstract

The development of technology and information greatly influences the progress of the business world. Various types of companies have adopted technology to improve company performance so they can compete and maintain business continuity in the future. This research aims to examine the influence of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and financial performance on company value. This research uses a sample of state-owned banks registered on the IDX during the period 2015 to 2022. The sampling technique is purposive sampling by obtaining 4 state-owned banks multiplied by 8 years, namely 32 observation data. The data analysis method in this research is  Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The research results show that ERP partially has a positive and significant effect on financial performance (NPM), and company value, and financial performance has a positive and significant effect on company value. Another finding is that financial performance is able to mediate the relationship between Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and company value by 0.116% and 11.6%

Abstract

This study explores the complexities of public finance governance, focusing on fiscal policy analysis, government financial management, and public sector financial health. Employing a qualitative research methodology, the study aims to analyze existing literature to uncover key themes, trends, and challenges in these domains. Through systematic literature review and thematic analysis, the research synthesizes insights from diverse disciplinary perspectives, including economics, public administration, and political science. Findings highlight the significance of fiscal policy as a countercyclical tool for promoting macroeconomic stability, the importance of effective financial management in ensuring transparency and accountability, and the multidimensional nature of public sector financial health. Challenges such as corruption, inadequate institutional capacity, and political interference are identified, underscoring the need for proactive measures to strengthen governance integrity. Innovative approaches, including accrual accounting standards and performance-based budgeting frameworks, offer promising solutions to enhance governance effectiveness and resilience. The study also emphasizes the role of adaptive governance strategies and agile financial management frameworks in responding to unforeseen crises while maintaining long-term fiscal sustainability. Future research directions include exploring the differential impacts of fiscal policy interventions, assessing the long-term implications of the COVID-19 pandemic, and examining the role of international cooperation in addressing global fiscal challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to confirm the effect of Islamic work ethics and Islamic leadership on organizational commitment and performance of cleaning staff in Makassar City, which is predominantly Muslim, using 274 employees as a sample. The results of the WarpPLS 7.0 analysis provide evidence that Islamic work ethics is partially proven to increase organizational commitment, but Islamic leadership cannot have a significant effect on organizational commitment. Islamic work ethics and Islamic leadership make a real contribution to improving performance. The role of organizational commitment as an intervening variable is proven not to be a strong mediation in explaining the effect of Islamic work ethics and Islamic leadership on the performance of cleaning staff in Makassar City

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Economic Value Added dan Market Value Added terhadap Harga Saham Perusahaan Property yang Terdaftar di BEI. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 85 perusahaan diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling pada perusahaan property yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2021-2022 dan berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan, maka diperoleh sampel sebanyak 51 perusahaan property yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Total data sampel selama periode 2021-2022 sebanyak 87 sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 23 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Economic Value Added dan Market Value Added berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham perusahaan property yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2021-2022.
