Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja rantai pasok di C.V. Lezatku Food Pringsewu dengan menggunakan metode Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). Dalam konteks industri makanan beku yang semakin berkembang, perusahaan menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan aliran barang, informasi, dan keuangan yang efisien. Metode SCOR dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam mengukur dan meningkatkan kinerja rantai pasok melalui lima proses utama: Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, dan Return. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner yang ditujukan kepada manajemen perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja rantai pasok C.V. Lezatku Food berada dalam kategori sangat baik, dengan nilai kinerja total mencapai 95,18. Namun, terdapat lima indikator kinerja yang masih bisa di tingkatkan lagi, yaitu akurasi peramalan, perencanaan bahan baku, kinerja pengiriman tepat waktu oleh pemasok, kepatuhan terhadap jadwal produksi, dan jumlah mesin bermasalah. Saran yang diberikan mencakup peningkatan akurasi peramalan permintaan, penguatan koordinasi dengan pemasok, serta penerapan sistem manajemen persediaan yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi perusahaan dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja rantai pasok dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, serta menjadi referensi bagi penelitian selanjutnya di bidang manajemen rantai pasok.

Abstract

Crude Palm Oil (CPO) production forecasting is an important element in supply chain management and company strategic planning. This study aims to forecast CPO production at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional 7 KSO using the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) method. Historical data of CPO production from 2017 to 2025 was analyzed using EViews 12 software. The analysis begins with data stationarity testing using the Augmented Dickey-Fuller (ADF) test. The selection of the optimal ARIMA model is determined based on the small Akaike Information Criterion (AIC), Schwarz Criterion (SC), and large R-squared values. After identifying and estimating the model, it is found that the ARIMA (1,0,0) model is the best model that can be used to forecast CPO production. This model has been tested with the Lijung-Box Test and White Noise Test, which shows that the residuals are random, so it is valid for forecasting.The forecasting results show a pattern of fluctuations in CPO production from year to year, with an increase in production in certain periods. This forecasting is expected to be a reference for companies in preparing the Company's Work Plan and Budget (RKAP) and optimizing production strategies to deal with changes in demand.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the appropriate business strategy for Rumah Makan Dzaky Group in facing the culinary business competition in Bandar Lampung City. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach utilizing the SWOT analysis tool (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving five respondents, consisting of one manager, two employees, and two customers of Rumah Makan Dzaky Group. The results of the study, based on the IE analysis, show that the strategic position of Rumah Makan Dzaky Group is in Quadrant V of the IE Matrix, which  corresponds to  the  Hold  and  Maintain  strategy.  Strategies that  can  be implemented include market penetration through enhanced digital marketing, product development to meet consumer trends, and improving coordination and employee training to address internal weaknesses. Based on the SWOT analysis, thirteen strategic alternatives were identified, providing strategic direction for the company to enhance its competitiveness and maintain its presence amid the increasingly competitive culinary industry.

Abstract

This research is to determine the effect of CSR on employee performance, CSR on organizational commitment, organizational commitment on employee performance, and is mediated by organizational commitment. The number of samples in this research is 210 samples, testing using the SEM test using the SEM-PLS analysis tool, the findings in this research There is that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) have a significant positive influence on Employee Performance. In addition, CSR also have a significant positive influence on Organizational Commitment. Organizational Commitment has a significant positive influence on Employee Performance. The latest findings show that Employee Performance has a significant positive influence, with Organizational Commitment as a mediating variable. the results about CSR showed that the lowest average scores were recorded on the assessment or evaluation indicators. To anticipate the spread of a similar response, companies need to identify the causes of this response. In the results of respondents, the lowest indicator of employee performance is the work quality indicator. Organizations must delve deeper into understanding the reasons behind the subpar quality of work observed within their operations. Within the spectrum of organizational Commitment, it is evident that the normative commitment indicator scores the least. Organizations need to cultivate a culture where employees feel intensely loyal. This can be done through employee development programs, appropriate incentives, and a supportive work environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work experience and motivation on teacher performance with commitment as a mediating variable for teachers of SMA Negeri in Bandar Lampung City. This research method is quantitative and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. Data used in the study this obtained from results testing questionnaire against 224 teachers at State High Schools in Bandar Lampung City who were used sample in study with technique purposive sampling. The results obtained from study This support proposed hypothesis that is experience Work influential positive and significant to performance, motivation influential positive and significant to performance, commitment mediate influence experience Work to performance and commitment mediate influence motivation to performance. Implications from study this is so that teachers can increase performance through experience work and work for produce quality work in accordance with criteria that have been determined at school. Apart from that, it is hoped that school principals can increase teacher work motivation using the method of assessing the work of teachers who have completed their assignments. Then by giving appreciation to other teachers, it is hoped that teachers can improve interpersonal relationships, so that teachers feel comfortable and connected. between teachers is increasingly harmonious, with conditions that can improve teacher performance. And, hopefully to head school for can increase teachers' commitment to advance school with method make attachment with the teacher so the teacher will feel become part family at school. Lastly, teachers should do more increase its independence in Work although no there is supervision from head school and able finish task without must wait help colleague work.
