Abstract

Carcinoma mammae or breast cancer is a malignant disease that originates from the parenchyma. Women who suffer from this disease will choose treatment using mastectomy. Mastectomy treatment is a process of removing all breast tissue that can inhibit the development of cancer cells. Post-operative mastectomy pain can be relieved by non-pharmacological therapy, one of which is murotal therapy. This case study aims to present the results of applying evidence-based murotal treatment to reduce pain scales in post-mastectomy surgery patients. Physical examination was performed using the head-to-toe method in post-operative patients. The North American Nursing Diagnosis Association is used to determine nursing diagnoses. Meanwhile, nursing intervention refers to the Nursing Intervention Classification and Nursing Outcome Classification. The intervention was carried out in five stages of evidence-based nursing implementation in nursing practice, with complementary therapy in murotal therapy and progressive application for 6 days for post-mastectomy surgery patients. As a result, giving murotal therapy intervention for 6 days showed a reduction in the pain scale from a scale of 4 (1-10) to 1 (1-10). The implementation of EBN murotal therapy proved to be effective in reducing the intensity of the pain scale in post-mastectomy surgery patients

Diarrhea in lack nutrition toddler is often found in the developing country, the worse nutrition of the toddlers, the worse diarrhea happens to them. Mother's Breast milk and good nutrition enough can be the best prevention to the possibility of diarrhea. The number of toddlers who got diarrhea, the health center gave more attention because it could cause dead for the toddler. Objective: To investigate correlation between status of nutrition and incidence of diarrhea Method: this research used quantitative analytic method with cross-sectional approach. The population as many as 1,610 toddlers and the sample taken by using proportional random sampling and got collected 75 toddlers. This research was processed in univariate and bivariate and analyzed by chi square test (X2). Result: based on the toddler nutrition statue from 75 respondents, the highest frequency was less nutrition as many as 42 toddlers (56,%), the highest frequency of toddler diarrhea occurrence was 47 toddlers (62,7%), there is a significant relationship between nutrition statue and the diarrhea occurrence in toddlers because a^ p (0,05>0,000) and chi-square value of chi square (X) count > chi square (X2) table (66,237>7,815).

Abstract

Objective:  The objective of this study was to intervene to reduce anxiety in Asthma clients so that excessive anxiety does not occur by listening to the Murottal Al Quran. Method: The study was conducted using a case study design with an evidence-based practice implementation approach that focuses on nursing interventions. The research was conducted at the BLUD of Banjar City General Hospital on 27-31 May 2022. The participants in this study were NY clients. S, 65 years old, female, complains of shortness of breath and anxiety. The process of assessing and establishing a diagnosis is focused on the main problem. Objective and subjective data become a reference for periodic evaluation of nursing implementation. Result: The client gave an acknowledgment of non-existent anxiety after being given a murotal al-quran intervention. Conclusion: The Murotal Al-Quran intervention is supposed to be effective in reducing anxiety in asthmatic clients as evidenced by the client's subjective acknowledgment even though it has not been supported by normal breathing frequency as an indicator of physical health. Theoretically, this research does not conflict with previous research so that it can be a reference in future research. Clinically, the Al-Quran murotal intervention can be one of the intervention treatments to reduce anxiety levels in clients with chronic diseases such as asthma in hospitals and health centers.

Abstract

This study examines the consistency and quality of infrastructure planning and budgeting within Solok City's local government in Indonesia, particularly focusing on the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning (DPUPR) and the Department of Housing and Settlement Areas (Diperkim). The research highlights the challenges in aligning strategic planning documents, such as the RPJMD 2021–2026, with annual implementation frameworks, including RKPD, KUA-PPAS, and APBD. These challenges were intensified by institutional restructuring and fiscal limitations. The research employs a descriptive case study methodology (Yin, 2009), utilizing primary data collected from structured interviews with 11 key government officials. Secondary data included relevant planning and budgeting documents from 2021–2025. To measure consistency, the Planning and Budgeting Consolidation Matrix (MKPP) was used, while quality was assessed based on Baer's (1997) criteria and the SAKIP performance indicators. The findings reveal that initial inconsistencies were evident between 2021 and 2022, largely due to the transfer of water and sanitation programs from Diperkim to DPUPR under Ministerial Decree No. 050-5889/2021. This caused misalignments between the RPJMD targets and the budgetary execution. However, by 2023–2025, the integration of the SIPD digital system and the standardization of nomenclatures led to full consistency (100%). Moreover, the quality of infrastructure planning and budgeting improved from "Adequate" to "Very Satisfactory" (SAKIP-AA) during this period, primarily due to enhanced procedural validity, better stakeholder participation, and a focus on performance-based budgeting. The study concludes that institutional restructuring, technological integration, and regulatory harmonization are crucial for achieving coherence between planning and budgeting. It recommends adopting flexible protocols for future administrative changes to ensure sustained infrastructure governance accountability.
