Abstract

This research aims is to know the influence of corporate social responsibility towards the firm value and Percentage of management ownership as moderating variables. Goal of this research is to know: (1) The influence of Corporate Social Responsibility to the firm value, (2) The influence of Percentage of management ownership as moderating variables in the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility and the firm value. The data used are secondary data. Data obtained from the Consumer Goods companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). After the sample selection is done in accordance with the criteria specified, the obtained research sample of 34 companies. The tools to analyze the data used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The conclusions of this research are: (1) Corporate Social Responsibility (X1), the percentage of management ownership (X2) and insteraction of Corporate Social Responsibility with the percentage of management ownership (X1X2) are simultaneously with evident effect on the firm value. (2) Corporate Social Responsibility (X1) not significantly partialy affect the firm value, but the percentage of management ownership included as a moderating variable, Corporate Social Responsibility and insteraction of Corporate Social Responsibility with the percentage of management ownership (X1X2) have a significant effect on the firm value, while the percentage of management ownership not significantly affect the firm value at Consumer Goods Companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Kesehatan gigi dan mulut anak-anak memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung pertumbuhan dan perkembangan mereka, termasuk prestasi belajar di sekolah. Namun, masih banyak anak yang kurang memahami pentingnya menjaga kebersihan gigi, sehingga berisiko mengalami masalah gigi seperti karies dan gigi berlubang. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan siswa di Madrasah Ibtida’iyah Nurul Hakim, Kediri, Lombok Barat, tentang pentingnya menjaga kesehatan gigi dan mulut melalui kebiasaan menyikat gigi yang benar. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi penyuluhan interaktif, demonstrasi menyikat gigi yang benar, dan praktik langsung yang melibatkan siswa. Selain itu, diberikan juga alat bantu seperti poster edukasi dan sikat gigi untuk mendukung keberlanjutan program ini. Hasil dari kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa tentang cara menjaga kebersihan gigi serta peningkatan motivasi untuk menerapkan kebiasaan menyikat gigi secara rutin, khususnya setelah sarapan dan sebelum tidur. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan ini berhasil memberikan dampak positif dalam menanamkan kebiasaan baik pada siswa, yang diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan kesehatan gigi dan mulut mereka di masa depan. Kegiatan semacam ini perlu dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dan melibatkan berbagai pihak, termasuk guru dan orang tua, untuk menciptakan generasi yang sadar akan pentingnya menjaga kesehatan gigi dan mulut.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource quality, utilization of information technology, internal control systems and application of government accounting standards on the quality of financial reports of regional apparatus organizations (OPD) in West Lombok Regency. This type of research is associative. The sampling technique used in this study is the purposive sampling technique. The research sample was 96 financial employees in 32 OPDs in West Lombok Regency. The analysis method used in this study is the multiple linear analysis method. The test results show that partially the quality of human resources, utilization of information technology and internal control systems do not have a significant effect on the quality of financial reports, while the variable of application of government accounting standards has a significant effect on the quality of financial reports of OPDs in West Lombok Regency. The influence of human resource quality variables, utilization of information technology, internal control systems and implementation of government accounting standards (independent variables) in contributing to the quality of financial reports (dependent variables) is 14% while the remaining 86% is the contribution of other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Small traders often face various challenges in developing their businesses, such as competition from modern retailers, limited capital, low access to technology, and lack of understanding in financial management and business management. This study aims to analyze the effect of government subsidies on the business sustainability of small traders in traditional markets. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 100 people in Sweta Traditional Market, Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara from February to July 2024 who have received subsidies from the government. Descriptive analysis was used to describe the characteristics of respondents and simple linear regression analysis was used to test the effect of government subsidies on the sustainability of small traders' businesses. The results showed that government subsidies have a positive influence on the sustainability of small-scale traders' businesses (p-value 0.02). Thus, government subsidies have a positive effect on the sustainability of small traders' businesses in traditional markets, especially in improving profitability and competitiveness
