Abstract

UD. WS adalah usaha menengah masyarakat yang bergerak di dalam bidang industri pembuatan rak gantungan baju. Dalam proses produksi perlu adanya perencanaan pengadaan bahan baku. Hal yang harus dilakukan adalah pemesanan dan pembelian bahan baku. Agar produksi sesuai dengan proses, modal dan dana yang dipakai dalam persediaan diperlukan perencanaan yang tepat. Ketepatan dalam suatu persediaan yaitu dengan membeli bahan baku dengan kualitas yang bagus. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam pengolahan data adalah permintaan sebelumnya, peramalan dan Material Requirement Planning. Teknik peramalan menggunakan  2 metode yaitu Exponential Smoothing dan Linier Regression. Perhitungan Lot Sizing Menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity, Lot for Lot, Period Order Quantity, Part Period Balancing, dan Wagner Whitin. Hasil penelitian dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa penerapan metode Lot Sizing Lot for Lot untuk setiap bahan baku rak gantungan baju dapat meminimalkan biaya semua persediaan bahan baku jika dibandingkan metode yang lainnya.

Abstract

The very rapid development of technology is currently causing a revolution digital and the era of technological disruption or known as industry 4.0. with the presence of this 4.0 industry occurred computer growth and record-keeping automation all fields. This allows every human job to be replaced by robots, causing changes in the trading system that was done directly can now be done online or also known as Marketplace. With trade conducted through the internet, the transaction process is carried out on a traditional or directly, is now turning to the digital transaction process through Internet. The transaction process carried out digitally requires accuracy, security, and good trust between seller and buyer. Management Customer Relations or better known as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is one model that can be used in maintaining the relationship between the customer and the company. Blockchain technology is technology that is able to maintain the transaction process, to maintain management efficiency identity, tracking system implementation, identifying product authenticity, and synchronization recording data to all parties, is expected to increase trust and the relationship between the customer and the seller.

Abstract

The advancement of technology has led to a shift in skill demands, and young people must be able to develop new skills that are relevant to the market needs. Additionally, they also face risks such as job uncertainty, industry disruption, and the digital divide among those with access. This research aims to evaluate youth programs conducted by the West Sumatra Provincial Youth and Sports Office (DISPORA) in improving the quality of the youth. The study employs a qualitative research method using the evaluation analysis of the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) Model and SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis. The object of this research is the youth programs implemented by the West Sumatra Provincial Youth and Sports Office, by collecting data and information related to the programs, such as activity reports, budgets, and interview results with stakeholders from the West Sumatra Provincial Youth and Sports Office. The findings indicate that the youth programs implemented have not fully succeeded in enhancing the creativity of the youth, as the focus of the programs mostly centers around character development. Moreover, there are several obstacles, such as the lack of support from local governments, the programs remaining lecture-based (traditional), and the apparent lack of collaboration with the private sector.
