Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pengendalian metode time and cost dengan metode nilai satu yang dapat memantau kinerja proyek dalam hal biaya dan waktu. Yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja proyek dalam hal biaya dan waktu setiap minggu dan memprediksi biaya dan waktu untuk menyelesaikan sisa pekerjaan. Dengan demikian diperoleh koreksi tindakan apa yang harus dilakukan selanjutnya untuk kemajuan proyek. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan adalah, untuk nilai keseluruhan BCWS dari proyek pelebaran jalan sebesar Rp.19.972.180.434,65 ini, dengan nilai BCWP akhir minggu inspeksi 21 Rp.15.017.729.689,96, nilai ACWP akhir inspeksi Minggu 21 USD .14.996.531.704,74. Sedangkan untuk hasil yang diperoleh dari analisis beberapa indikator yang ada nilai SPI diperoleh 1.308> 1 sedangkan CPI naik 1,002> 1, yang berarti percepatan proyek dalam hal jadwal namun biaya sebenarnya kurang dari pada pekerjaan yang telah dilakukan.
