Abstract

Abstract

Prioritization in screen printing production is a challenge for companies to improve efficiency and product quality, especially in conditions involving various conflicting criteria. This research aims to develop a decision-making system that can optimize the prioritization of screen printing production by using the SMART method for criteria weighting and the TOPSIS method for alternative analysis. The SMART method is used to assign weights to relevant criteria, while the TOPSIS method is used to evaluate and rank alternatives based on the relative distance to positive and negative ideal solutions. The results show that alternative B has the highest ranking with a preference index value of 0.587, which reflects the optimal combination of cost, time, quality, market demand, and resources. The implication of these findings is that combining the two methods can provide more objective and measurable decisions in the management of screen printing production, but further testing is needed on a wider scale and by considering dynamic external factors. This research opens up opportunities for the development of more adaptive systems in production decision-making in the screen printing industry.

Abstract

Technology information is very important thing nowadays in help the search process correct information . At SMA YAPIM Air Bersih Medan still use technology information that is still simple in give service to users , so that make it difficult in access information . Therefore That needed A analysis that can help finish problem that is one of technology analysis that can done with using the Cobit framework . Cobit or Control Objectives for Information and related Technology are framework used in governance analysis technology information . There are 3 things analysis according to Cobit shared namely the DSS, APO and MEA domains. Safira et al., (2021) in his research titled Technology Governance Analysis Information Use Cobit 5 (Case Study: Head Office By Banana Foster Lampung) which discusses about evaluation technology information that has been applied to the company with using the COBIT 5 framework with the APO08 (Manage Relationship) domain. The existing problems that is system constraints information called GF which functions For arrange sales , stock and accounting turnover that is GF system used Enough Far so that response If happen problem Enough slow . Based on results evaluation governance analysis technology Information on YAPIM Air Bersih Medan High School , Implementation of IT governance during the IT work process at YAPIM Air Bersih Medan High School which includes the MEA01, APO09 and DSS02 domains has been done with good . Capability level moment This is at level 4 ( Predictable ). Namely range in value achievement of 4 and required development documents related with the process domain being studied as well as improvement amount source power that manages technology information at the Yapim Air Bersih High School Medan.

Abstract

The Medicom campus is a place of work that provides jobs to the community. In work, employee status cannot be separated, namely permanent employees and contract employees. In employee status, employee salaries can be determined. In determining employee salaries, there are several problems that can disrupt employee performance at work. For this reason, a method is needed to determine employee salaries. One method that can be used is the K-Means Clustering Algorithm. Which is considered quite effective in determining the suitability of salaries for permanent employees and contract employees. By creating clusters to make it easier for finance workers to record and determine and adjust employee salaries based on their status.

Abstract

The increasing complexity of market competition and the rapid growth of enterprise data have made traditional marketing decision-making approaches inadequate in addressing information asymmetry and dynamic market changes. Conventional decision support systems (DSS) are often limited to data-level reporting and lack advanced analytical capabilities to uncover hidden patterns and strategic insights. This study aims to design and evaluate an intelligent marketing Decision Support System by integrating data warehousing, Online Analytical Processing (OLAP), and data mining techniques to enhance the quality and effectiveness of marketing decisions. The proposed method adopts a data-driven DSS architecture that performs extract–transform–load (ETL) processes to build a unified subject-oriented data warehouse, followed by multidimensional analysis and knowledge discovery using decision tree classification and neural network models. Experimental validation was conducted using FoodMart 2000 sales data to assess the predictive performance and decision support capability of the system. The results demonstrate that the three-layer BP neural network model achieved a mean absolute percentage error of 15.13% in sales prediction, indicating satisfactory forecasting accuracy, while simulation and sensitivity analyses reveal a positive correlation between promotional investment and corporate profit growth. These findings confirm that the proposed marketing DSS can effectively reduce information asymmetry, improve forecasting reliability, and support strategic marketing decisions related to pricing, promotion, and market expansion. The study implies that integrating data mining with DSS provides a robust analytical foundation for data-driven marketing management and sustainable enterprise competitiveness in complex market environments.
