Abstract

Munasabah dalam Al-Qur’an menjadi salah satu cabang ilmu dapat diketahui hikmah relasi antar ayat. Munasabah dalam Al-Qur’an dapat ditemukan dengan beberapa bentuk ragam dan pola yang kemudian membentuk keutuhan makna pada suatu ayat. Tafsir yang digunakan adalah Tafsir Al-Misbah, karena tafsir ini merupakan salah satu tafsir yang mengungkapkan adanya Munasabah dalam Al-Qur’an. Adapun masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana Munasabah surah Al-Waqi’ah menurut M.Quraish Shihab dalam Tafsir Al-Misbah. Sedangkan tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis isi kandungan surah Al-Waqi’ah menurut M.Quraish Shihab pada Tafsir Al-Misbah dalam tinjauan ilmu Munasabah. Penelitian ini berbentuk penelitian pustaka (library research). Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif-analitis yang digunakan untuk menganalisis Munasabah antar ayat QS. Al-Waqi'ah dalam Tafsir Al-Misbah. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwasanya Munasabah surah Al-Waqi'ah dalam Tafsir Al-Misbah tidak hanya menggambarkan keadaan manusia pada hari kiamat, tetapi juga mengajak pembaca untuk merenungkan perbuatan mereka di dunia. Surah ini memperkuat pemahaman bahwa rezeki dari Allah tidak terbatas pada kekayaan materi, melainkan juga mencakup anugerah spiritual dan sosial.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of prophetic da'wah in improving the quality of life of the congregation at the Jogokariyan Mosque, Yogyakarta. Prophetic da'wah, which is based on the values ​​of the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, involves a holistic approach in integrating the spiritual, social and economic aspects of people's lives. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach to explore the impact of prophetic preaching on various aspects of congregational life. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with mosque administrators, community leaders and congregants, as well as direct observation of da'wah activities in mosques. The research results show that the implementation of prophetic preaching at the Jogokariyan Mosque has had a significant positive impact, including increasing spiritual awareness, improving social relations between congregations, as well as increasing economic prosperity through economic empowerment programs initiated by the mosque. This research also found that although there are challenges in implementing prophetic preaching, such as limited resources and resistance to change, effective strategies and active participation from the congregation can overcome these obstacles. These findings provide recommendations for other mosques to adopt the principles of prophetic da'wah in an effort to improve the quality of life of the congregation as a whole.

Abstract

The #KaburAjaDulu phenomenon as a form of sudden resignation from the workplace has become a reflection of the resistance of the younger generation to modern work culture. Santri, as a social group with an Islamic boarding school educational background, bring distinctive religious and moral values ​​in facing the reality of a competitive work world that often conflicts with their idealistic principles. This study aims to analyze the perspective of santri on the #KaburAjaDulu phenomenon and examine the factors behind the decision. Using a qualitative approach with the theory of person-organization fit and cultural resistance, data were collected through in-depth interviews with 12 alumni of Islamic boarding schools An-Nawawi Purworejo who had experienced sudden resignation. The results of the study showed that the inconsistency between religious values ​​and organizational culture, structural injustice, and the lack of space for self-actualization were the main drivers of santri choosing #KaburAjaDulu. This study emphasizes the importance of understanding personal values ​​in managing human resources and designing a more culturally inclusive workplace.
