Abstract

PT. LPA is one of textile manufacturing company who is still doing the production process by woven fabrics (Weaving) and finishing fabrics (Printing, Dyeing and White). The problems that are often faced by PT. LPA is the completion time of production which is still not according to the targets that have been planned, then the production effectiveness would not be achieved so with the suitability of orders or quality which has not been met with expectation. This research aims to find out the impact of production planning on raw material control, schedule control and production control as well as the impact from raw material control to production effectiveness, schedule control affect on production effectiveness and production control affect on production effectiveness. Questionnaire data analysis which involves 65 respondents, those employees from PT. LPA then the data would be processed through validity and reliability test using the PLS-SEM analysis method. So the results that obtained from this research were production planning had a positive and significant impact on raw material control, production planning had a positive and significant impact on schedule control, production planning had a positive and significant impact on production control, raw material control had a positive and significant impact on production effectiveness, schedule control had a positive and significant impact on production effectiveness, production control had a positive and significant impact on production effectiveness.

Abstract

Lucky Textile Group merupakan salah satu perusahaan textile manufacturing di Indonesia. Lucky Textile Group memiliki 2 perusahaan yang masing-masing perusahaan memiliki perbedaan hasil produksi namun saling berkesinambungan. PT. Benang Citra Indonesia dan PT. Lucky Print Abadi merupakan bagian dari Lucky Textile Group. PT. Benang Citra Indonesia saat ini memproduksi benang dengan bahan baku utama yaitu kapas, sedangkan PT. Lucky Print Abadi memproduksi kain tenun dan kain finishing (Printing, Dyeing dan White). Bahan baku pembuatan kain tenun yaitu benang di dapat dari PT. Benang Citra Indonesia atau bisa juga dari pabrik luar sesuai jenis bahan baku yang di butuhkan. Selanjutnya diproses menjadi kain finishing (Printing, Dyeing dan White) sesuai permintaan customer. Diketahui bahwa persaingan pasar di Indonesia semakin dibanjiri produk impor tekstil sehingga persaingan industry textile di Indonesia semakin ketat, dimana kompetitor asal Vietnam dan Bangladesh juga banyak membuat produsen tekstil Indonesia berguguran. Industri TPT (tekstil dan produk tekstil) Indonesia merupakan industri manufaktur nasional yang memiliki perekonomian strategis di Indonesia, hal ini di karena kan kontribusinya Industri TPT (tekstil dan produk tekstil) terhadap 2 (dua) kepentingan nasional, diantaranya : Bidang sosial, melalui penyerapan tenaga kerja dan membuka banyak lapangan kerja. Bidang perekonomian, dimana rata-rata devisa yang dihasilkan sektor industri TPT (tekstil dan produk tekstil) dalam 5 tahun terakhir mencapai US$ 7.92 miliar dengan tingkat pertumbuhan 8,5% dan menyumbang devisa terbesar dari semua komoditi ekspor Indonesia. Maka dari itu Melalui analisa SWOT, diharapkan dapat memahami kekuatan yang dimiliki oleh Lucky Textile Group dalam menghadapi persaingan global.

Abstract

Lucky Textile Group is one of the textile industries in Indonesia. Lucky Textile Group has 2 subsidiaries, each of which has different processes and production results while maintaining mutual sustainability, namely PT. Benang Citra Indonesia and PT. Eternal Lucky Print. PT. Yarn Citra Indonesia is an industry that produces yarn with the main raw materials, namely cotton, rayon, capital, tencel and cotton blends, while PT. Lucky Print Abadi is an industry that produces woven and finishing fabrics (Printing, Dyeing and White). The raw material for making woven fabric is yarn obtained from PT. Yarn Citra Indonesia or can also be from an outside factory according to the appropriate type of raw material. Then processed into finishing fabrics (Printing, Dyeing and White) according to customer requests including special finishing such as waterproof, anti-fire, anti-bacterial etc. Market competition in Indonesia Even the world is getting stronger with the entry of new competition so this creates challenges that must be resolved. Improving efficiency, innovation and quality in the production process is a way to attract the attention of customers and do not forget to maintain customer confidence by implementing customer responses that encourage and meet customer demand Through the analysis of 5 porter strengths and SWOT analysis, it is expected that Lucky Textile Group can prepare and build strength in the current and future competition in the textile industry
