Abstract

Cognitive radio is a technology for wireless communication networks that employ the upcoming Dynamic Spectrum Access ( DSA ) . DSA technology allows users who do not have a license called the secondary spectrum users to use the licensed spectrum that primary users while not in use. Application of DSA by secondary users to improve the spectrum utilization efficiency without disrupting or causing interference to the primary user. Later developed into a multi - user cognitive radio or cognitive radio networks use frequency spectrum together with a primary user ( PU ). Methods switch 'off' the user who gives the biggest interference to PU is the best method with the greatest increase in performance, both the capacity and the number of active SU while the combination of methods switch 'off' the user who raised the largest overall interference with the method switches 'off' user given biggest interference to the PU is an alternative method that shows the consistency of performance improvement in the number of potential users over 10 and able to dominate the entire method over another is begun saturation and decreased capacity. Abstract

Marketing media for products and services is not only print and electronic media but also internet media. But creating an internet site that is visited a lot is not easy because it requires optimization in searching for the website address. Optimization on websites is better known as SEO (Search Engine Optimization) by applying Site Audit, On Page Optimization and Off Page Optimization as well as SEM (Search Engine Marketing) by applying Search Strategy, Keywords and Site Backlinks as well as Social Media which are important rules so that Internet sites are easier to search. It is proven that in the last three months after using SEO and SEM in October, November to December 2021, there was an increase in web visits by 1027% Unique Visitors, 666% Number Of Visits, 1157% Pages and 3166% Hits and an increase in sales of 38%

Abstract

Efficient and timely fire reporting system is a crucial aspect in managing emergency incidents involving fire risks. Currently, many major cities in Indonesia, including Bandung, still face challenges in effectively handling fire reports. Therefore, this research aims to design a fire reporting system using the Waterfall method based on mobile technology, with a case study on the Fire Department (DAMKAR) of Bandung. This study proposes the Waterfall method as a structured and organized framework for system development. The Waterfall method enables sequential development phases, starting from planning, needs analysis, design, implementation, to testing and maintenance. In this research, mobile-based technology is used as a reporting medium, allowing the public to report fires quickly and accurately. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the design of an efficient and responsive fire reporting information technology system. Additionally, the Bandung DAMKAR case study can serve as a reference for similar system development in other cities. Another expected benefit is an improved response and rapid handling of fire reports, thereby minimizing material losses and human casualties. It is hoped that the proposed system will help enhance the performance and effectiveness of DAMKAR Bandung in fire management. Furthermore, the findings of this research are expected to provide new insights to authorities in addressing fire challenges in major cities in Indonesia. Abstract

Abstract A sluice gate is a supporting structure in a dam, reservoir, river, gutter or ditch which functions to regulate the control of water discharge in each flow. With good and controlled irrigation, irrigation systems and waterways from upstream to downstream can be controlled, so that the need for water in agriculture, fisheries, plantations, and industry can be met and relied on properly. The sluice gate functions to control water so that it can prevent flood water in a fast and high flow. The flowing water will lead to the river to the ocean. Therefore the author will design a prototype of an Internet of Things (IoT) based automatic sluice monitoring system. this system requires interrelated components, namely NodeMcu as the control center of the system as well as a wifi module and the relay module as an electrical switch to turn on or off and use the blynk application.

Abstract

Universitas Faletehan faces challenges in managing student financial data due to the lack of integration between the BNI e-collection system and the university’s internal academic information system. This study aims to design a web-based student financial dashboard model utilizing REST API technology to automate data exchange between the bank’s server and the academic system. The development process adopts the ADDIE model, combined with a prototyping approach and User-Centered Design (UCD) principles. The resulting dashboard provides real-time and integrated financial transaction data, improving reporting efficiency and supporting strategic decision-making by university leaders. Additionally, it enhances transparency, accountability, and contributes to the digital transformation of financial management in higher education institutions.The main result indicates that access to financial data improved significantly, reducing reporting delays from batch-based (24+ hours) to under 5 seconds, with 85% of users reporting high satisfaction.
