Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) pendampingan manajemen usaha dan permodalan bagi Koperasi Nelayan Pintar Banda Aceh telah menghasilkan pengetahuan baru bagi pengurus dalam mengatasi kebutuhan modal usaha yang diperlukan. Telah terjadi peningkatan kapasitas dalam mengelola aspek permodalan sehingga lebih efektif dan efesien. Selain itu kegiatan pendampingan ini juga telah berhasil terbangun hubungan kemitraan antara Koperasi Nelayan Pintar dengan pihak lembaga keuangan bank terutama bank pemerintah untuk mengakses Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) Sektor Kelautan dan Perikanan yang telah diprogramkan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini bersifat kolaboratif dan aplikatif. Kegiatan pendampingan tersebut berlangsung pada Februari-April 2020.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether career development has an effect on employee performance, and to determine the magnitude of the effect of career development on employee performance. The location of this research was conducted at PT. Aceh Sharia Bank. The object of this research is all employees at PT. Bank Aceh Syariah, with a total research sample of 217 people who have received a career development training program. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires (list of questions), which had been prepared to the respondents. The collected data was then analyzed using multiple linear regression formulations with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that career development has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Aceh Syariah.

This study aims to see the relationship between investment credit variables and the financial performance of MSMEs in the absorption of investment credit in Aceh. This study uses the 2019-2020 time series data by determining as many as 24 selected observers. The analytical method used in this study is a causality test with the help of Eviews 7 software. The study was conducted in Aceh Province in the period April-July 2020. The results showed that there was a one-way causality relationship between the Investment Credit (LKI) variable and the Financial Performance (LKK) variable. SMEs with a probability of 0.065 and a significance level of 10 percent. This means that investment loans that are channeled by banks to MSMEs can affect the financial performance of MSMEs and have a positive and significant relationship at the level of 10 percent. The results of the study indicate that the distribution of investment credit by banks to MSMEs in Aceh can have a positive impact on the financial growth of MSME businesses.

Community service focuses on MSMEs affected by Covid-19 for businesses run by 32 business actors in Banda Aceh City. The form of activity is in the form of specific business assistance in financing facilitation to bank financial institutions to obtain working capital and investment. The facilitation method carried out is in the form of training on credit and banking, business mentoring, and business coaching which lasts for 3 months involving cross-related agencies. The results of the service activities are the increasing number of MSMEs that are bankable and fulfill aspects of good business management in accordance with bank requirements to obtain business capital loans. Of the 32 program participants, 62.5 percent are already bankable, while 37.5 percent need further assistance.

Salt for the people of Aceh is a very important commodity. Salt is not only used for household consumption, it is even used by industry as an additional raw material for production so that the level of demand for salt is now increasing as a result of a deficit in supply due to a shortage of stock. This situation has forced the government to import salt to meet domestic needs. One of the factors that determine the success of salt production is the land and location that is suitable. This study aims to obtain the Salt Suitability Index (IKG) which is used as a reference for analyzing the suitability of salt production locations so that there are no wrong targets in decision making. This research was conducted with a field survey in collecting primary data with a research period from March to December 2019. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with Conformity Index analysis. The results showed that eight districts in Aceh consisted of Aceh Besar, Pidie, Pidie Jaya, Bireuen, North Aceh, East Aceh, Abdya and South Aceh districts which were used as the leading areas for salt production in accordance with the total IKG value of each location> 85% or category (S1). This study reports the first IKG analysis of salt production locations and fields in Aceh that may be of use to policy makers and further study by other researchers.

This research was conducted to investigate the effect of brand images, perceived price, and perceived quality of purchase intention consumers of Panin Bank Banda Aceh. Respondents in this research were all employees of Wardah Cosmetics at Banda Aceh which amounted to 100 responds (convenience sampling). The analysis model that used in this research was the multiple linear regression. Based on the regression results found that brand images, perceived price, and perceived quality positively affect to purchase intention of consumers of Wardah Cosmetics at Banda Aceh. Partially only two variables that significantly affected purchase intention, two variables were brand image and perceived quality (a = 0,05), while the perceived price has no significant effect on purchase intention.
