Abstract

The rapid growth of science and technology in the era of globalization is resulting in changes to the circumstances in all areas. Interactive Jobsheet utilization in the lab performed as learning innovation efforts to improve students' level of proficiency in performing lab work correctly, different learning styles, accompanied jobsheet that uses a computer in a way that will easily evoke the spirit of the students in learning, improving students' attention to the subject material and to improve the effectiveness in implementing practical. Research using quantitative descriptive method with the subject is the first class of Aircfraft Eelectronic at Vocational High School 12 Bandung, with a population sample of 32 students. Data was collected through questionnaires, multiple-choice objective test and lab test. Data processing is performed by calculating the linearity test and the significance of regression, correlation coefficients and coefficients of determination with the help of Microsoft Excel 2007. The results of the calculations provide an overview of how the questionnaire responses of students in the interactive jobsheet utilization, while the objective test and lab tests showed the level of mastery and student learning outcomes. The results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient and the coefficient of determination, the response of the students in the Interactive Jobsheet utilization has a positive influence on students' level of proficiency in performing lab. with standard medium / fairly

Abstract

This community service project aims to implement a digital marketing strategy for the "Cireng Mang Ade" SME in Bengkalis to expand market reach and increase product sales. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with SWOT and STP analysis to identify the internal and external conditions of the business. The strategies applied include utilizing social media platforms Instagram and Facebook, creating a Google My Business account, and using the Maxim marketplace for promotion and delivery services. The results of the study show significant improvements in business visibility, social media follower growth, and consumer purchasing interest. Instagram reached 846 accounts with 81.8% new users, Facebook gained 546 active followers, Google My Business recorded 174 interactions, and Maxim facilitated easier product ordering and delivery. This digital marketing implementation has proven to be effective in expanding the market and increasing brand awareness as well as consumer engagement. The study demonstrates that the appropriate application of digital marketing can be an effective and sustainable solution for the development of SMEs in the digital era, helping them remain competitive and reach a wider consumer base.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditetapkan untuk dianalisis mengenai pengaruh literasi pajak dan kesadaran wajib pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak pada karyawan PT. Paku Haji Naga Perkasa. Pajak diposisikan sebagai komponen esensial dalam pembangunan nasional, sehingga pemahaman terhadap faktor perilaku yang mendorong kepatuhan dianggap krusial. Pendekatan kuantitatif diterapkan dengan penggunaan teknik sampling jenuh, di mana 18 responden yang merupakan wajib pajak aktif dilibatkan. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur yang disertai dengan observasi serta dokumentasi. Pengujian data dilakukan dengan penerapan regresi linear berganda melalui perangkat lunak SPSS versi 27, yang digunakan untuk pengujian validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, serta signifikansi hipotesis. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa pengaruh positif dan signifikan ditunjukkan oleh literasi pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak, yang berarti semakin tinggi tingkat pemahaman wajib pajak mengenai aturan dan prosedur perpajakan, semakin besar pula tingkat kepatuhan yang ditunjukkan. Sebaliknya, kesadaran wajib pajak ditemukan memberikan pengaruh negatif dan signifikan, yang mengindikasikan adanya faktor internal maupun prosedural yang memengaruhi sikap wajib pajak dalam pemenuhan kewajiban perpajakan. Secara simultan, kedua variabel terbukti memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak berdasarkan hasil uji F. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan kepatuhan wajib pajak dapat dijelaskan secara bersama-sama oleh literasi pajak dan kesadaran wajib pajak sebesar proporsi tertentu. Kontribusi penelitian ini diarahkan pada perumusan strategi inovatif yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan perilaku patuh pajak melalui edukasi yang efektif serta penguatan sistem perusahaan.
