Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever, abbreviated as DHF, is an infectious disease caused by the dengue virus which is transmit by the Aedes aegypti mosquito. DHF is often found in tropical areas, one of which is Pekanbaru City. In 2021-2022, the number of dengue fever cases experienced a spike in Pekanbaru City.The aim of this research is to determine the strategy of the Pekanbaru City Health Service in preventing dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) in Pekanbaru City. The basis of the research used is a qualitative method with descriptive research type. The research location is the Pekanbaru City Health Service office. Data collection uses interview and documentation techniques. In this research, researchers used the theory put forward by Hadari Nawawi (2017) regarding the strategies of non-profit organizations in the government sector, namely aggressive strategies, conservative strategies and preventive strategies. The results of the research show that the Pekanbaru City Health Service has implemented a strategy to prevent dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF), but it has not been optimal. In implementing the strategy, the Pekanbaru City Health Service created a dengue prevention strategy in accordance with the implementation of the Indonesian Ministry of Health's policy, the Puskesmas and Jumantik cadres became an extended hand in implementing the strategy, there was additional counseling in the waiting room and training on new programs from the Pekanbaru City Health Center, and the establishment of communication and good coordination from various parties. However, several shortcomings were still found in this research, such as uneven monitoring of mosquito nest eradication (PSN) to residents' homes from Community Health Centers and Jumantik Cadres, lack of health promotion in utilizing technology, limited budget in implementing the strategy, and the need for emphasis at the lowest level so that the strategy is optimal. Strategies are defined as any actions that might be taken in organization to set goal or objectives that have been settled. This research talked about the strategies of battle at 2020 in South tapanuli district regent election in sipirok subdistrict. This research aimed to describe strategies of battle between two candidates pair Muhammad Yusuf Siregar - Roby Agusman Harahap and Dolly Putra Parlindungan Pasaribu - Rasyid Assaf Dongoran in district regent election at 2020 in Sipirok subdistrict. The theory used in this research is Peter Schroder's Offensive and Defensive Politics in order to win by utilizing Pierre Bourdieu's modality. This research used qualitative method and by interviewing, documentation and literature review to collect the data. The resources related to the candidates' strategies in the election of district regent by using the quantitative descriptive approach. The research has shown that in the candidates' strategies of battles in the district regent election in South Tapanuli at 2020 require politic strategies to maximize the modality that they have. The modality in candidates' strategies are consist of social capital, economy capital, culture capital, politic capital. Candidate pair that have well strategies and capable to maximize the modality will be the winner in the political election that is carried out. Keywords : Strategy, Modality, Regent Election.

The management of the people's market aims to form an orderly, safe and comfortable market for the community because the local government as a manager and facilitator manages the people's market in the region, so the creation of a good market is parallel to the management and fulfillment of market facilities and infrastructure carried out so that the survival of the public is fulfilled by providing feedback on regional income. The purpose of this research is to describe the management of Selodang Kelapa Market after relocation by the Trade and Industry Office of Indragiri Hilir Regency in 2022-2024. This research was conducted in Tembilahan, precisely in Tembilahan Kota Village. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. In collecting data the author uses interview, observation and documentation techniques. This research uses the theory of government management put forward by Taliziduhu Ndraha, namely government planning, government organization, use of government resources, and government control, and factors that influence market management based on the concept put forward by Steers, namely organizational characteristics, environmental characteristics, worker characteristics, management policies and practices. The results of the study concluded that the management carried out on the Selodang Kelapa Market was not fully optimal because there were still many market facilities that had not been fulfilled, since the relocation in 2021 until now it has not found the right location, with the current location still having temporary status, but in the results of interviews conducted by the Department of Trade and Industry of Indragiri Hilir Regency had an evaluation for future steps, re-planning in 2025 by determining the location and preparing a budget to build a more organized building with supporting facilities so that the market that uses Jalan Yos Sudarso can be moved and reduced so that traders or buyers have decent and conducive facilities. The 2024 general election is a simultaneous general election to elect the President & Vice President, Members of the DPR, DPD, Provincial DPRD and Regency/City DRPD. Since 2019-now, the participation of the younger generation as voters and even participants has increased. Young legislative candidates, abbreviated as young legislative candidates, are entering the election to bring a new color to the world of politics, where elections are usually attended by candidates who have been involved in politics for a long time. It is proven that currently many young legislative candidates are taking part in the elections. The aim of this research is to find out what the political strategy of young legislative candidates is in the 2024 Pekanbaru City DPRD general election. As well as finding out what factors influence the political strategy of young legislative candidates in the 2024 Pekanbaru City DPRD general election. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, the research location is in the environment of young legislative candidates. This research uses two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques were obtained through interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and finally drawing conclusions. The findings obtained in this research are the that succes of offensive and defensive strangies is greatly influenced by the ability to integrate social, political, economic capital as well as the use of social media and techonology, affective communication. In this research, there are phenomena, including the increase in the population of Pekanbaru City, so that the arrangement of electoral districts shows an increase in the number of seat allocations for the first time. The formation of electoral districts has the main objective of strengthening political representation and achieving proportionality in accordance with geographical coverage, administrative structure and political dynamics. From this phenomenon, the aim of this research is to describe and find out how election governance is: the case of electoral district structuring in the 2024 election in Pekanbaru City. The research method used is a qualitative method with descriptive explanation. The type of research data used is primary data obtained from research informants and secondary data, namely supporting data such as related documents that can support data for research. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews and documentation. The research location is in Pekanbaru City. The results of this research found that in structuring electoral districts in Pekanbaru City there are three variables that determine success in Election Governance, namely: 1) Rule Making. At this stage of the process, the Pekanbaru City KPU has determined the number of seat allocations according to existing rules, namely by observing the data provided. There is. In this stage, the Pekanbaru City KPU succeeded in providing 2 drafts to be submitted for public examination. And for design 3, an opportunity will be given to stakeholder elements to negotiate regarding the design that will be made; 2) Rule Application Pekanbaru City KPU carried out public test activities which were quite fierce, inviting pros and cons, especially between political parties because small political parties were not yet prepared for the competition for seats with the splitting of electoral districts; and 3) Rule Adjudication in the form of supervision carried out by the Riau Province KPU and the Republic of Indonesia KPU in the arrangement of electoral districts carried out by the Pekanbaru City KPU. The enactment of Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning villages establishes that the relationship between the Village Head and the Village Consultative Body (BPD) is an important element that ideally should be collaborative, coordinative, and consultative. However, in practice, this relationship often experiences dynamics that lead to conflict, as seen in Surayya Mandiri Village, Mandah District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This research aims to analyze the dynamics of the relationship between the Village Head and the BPD as well as conflict resolution efforts undertaken in the relationship between these two institutions. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Primary data were obtained through in-depth interviews with seven informants. Additionally, data collection was conducted through document studies. Secondary data were obtained from relevant literature and supporting documents. The findings indicate that the relationship between the Village Head and the BPD in Surayya Mandiri Village during the 2019–2021 period was conflictual. The conflict was triggered by differing interests and political backgrounds following the 2019 Simultaneous Village Head Election, where the Village Head and the BPD came from opposing factions. The sources of conflict included differing interests in managing village development resources, residual tensions from the village head election contestation, and the BPD's tendency to exceed its authority. The impact of this conflictual relationship included stagnation in village governance, delays in ratifying the Village Budget (APBDes) and Village Development Plan (RKPDes), hindered infrastructure development, and failure to distribute Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) during the Covid-19 pandemic. Conflict resolution efforts were made through conciliation and mediation. Conciliation by community leaders and mediation facilitated by the Mandah District Office yielded no results. Mediation by the Indragiri Hilir Regency Community and Village Empowerment Agency (DPMD) produced an agreement, but it was not implemented by the BPD. The conflict ultimately peaked and ended with the resignation of all BPD members and several Surayya Mandiri Village officials in 2021. Keywords: Dynamics, Conflictual Relations, Conflict Resolution
