Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui; 1) bagaimana pelayanan Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) di SMP Tridharma MKGR Makassar; 2) faktor-faktor apa yang menghambat dalam pemenuhan Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) di SMP Tridharma MKGR Makassar; 3) upaya-upaya yang dilakukan dalam pemenuhan Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) di SMP Tridharma MKGR Makassar. Jenis penelitian kualitatif. Jumlah informan pada penelitian ini adalah 14 orang, yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria; 1) pihak dinas pendidikan; 2) pihak sekolah 3) komite sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Tahap pengabsahan data dengan triangulasi waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) pelayanan standar pelayanan minimal di SMP Tridharma MKGR Makassar belum sesuai dengan standar pelayanan minimal yakni pada jumlah peserta didik, laboratorium yang tidak tersedia, ruangan guru yang tidak tersedia, kunjungan pengawas yang hanya dilakukan 3 kali setiap semester, jam bekerja guru perminggunya, dan jumlah jam kegiatan pembelajaran di setiap minggunya. 2) faktor penghambat dalam pemenuhan standar pelayanan minimal di SMP Tridharma MKGR Makassar yaitu tidak adanya fasilitas berupa gedung sekolah, adanya siswa pindahan, fasilitas dari gedung sekolah yang ditempati tidak memadai dan kunjungan pengawas se-kota Makassar serta struktur sekolah tidak berjalan dengan baik. 3) upaya yang dilakukan dalam pemenuhan standar pelayanan minimal di SMP Tridharma MKGR Makassar yaitu membentuk suatu tim dalam rangka pemenuhan standar pelayanan minimal serta melakukan komunikasi yang intens melaui handphone dengan pengawas.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how strong the relationship between mastery of Arabic lessons on the ability to memorize Al-Qur'an and how significant is the relationship between mastery of Arabic learning and the ability to memorize Al-Qur'an in class XI students in Madrasah Aliyah Islamic boarding school tahfidz qur'an Ummul quro al-Islami bogor in the academic year 2019/2020. This research is a field research, while the approach to this research is a quantitative approach, meaning that the objectivity of the research design is carried out by using statistical processing figures, structures and controlled experiments. Judging by the population and sempel, this study is a population study, because it involves all research subjects, namely XI class. The data collection technique used questionnaire distribution documentation. The data obtained were analyzed  using quantitative  statistics.The Arabic language skills of  students of KLS XI  Madrasah  Aliyah Islamic Boarding School Tahfidzul Qur‘an Cahaya Qur’an Cibungbulang in the Academic Year 2019/2020. In very  good  category.  This  can  be  seen  from  the analysis  of  the  ability  to  memorize  students of  Kls  XI Madrasah Aliyah Islamic Boarding School Tahfidzul Qur‘an Cahaya Qur’an Cibungbulang in the Academic Year 2019/2020 in good categories In this case it can also be seen from the analysis. Based on the spread of the lift carried out by the researcher on the correlative quantitative analysis of the results of the study, it shows that there is an influence between the ability of the Arabic language to the ability to memorize the students of Islamic class XI Madrasah Aliyah Islamic Boarding School Tahfidzul Qur’an Cahaya Qur’an Cibungbulang in the Academic Year 2019/2020. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the knowledge of teachers, students, parents, boarding school and other researchers that the level of Arabic language proficiency can affect the memorization of the Qur'an.

Abstract

الهدف الرئيسي من هذه الدراسة النوعية هو فهم الظاهرة التي يدرسها الباحثون، كما أن القياسات المستخدمة في الظواهر الإنسانية، ومن بينها دقة المقياس الكمي المستخدم لقياسه، ستظل محتفظة ببعدها الكيفي. يحلل الباحثون على أن ذلك المصطلح العلمي فى علم الأصوات بخلاف مخارج الحروف دعوة إلى مقارنتها بعلم التجويد الذي يبحث فيه أيضا مخارج الحروف ولا سيما صفاتها. نظرا إلى حقيقة علم التجويد له نظام الأحكام يتكون على أحكام القراءة وكيفية القراءة ومخارج الحروف وصفاتها وأحكامها والمد ومقياس الطول وقصير القراءة المعينة وأحكام الأوقاف. وفى صفات الحروف مثلا فى علم الأصوات على أن القاف صوت قصي لهوي مهموي إنفجاري، فإحدى الصفات هي المهموس أوالهمس. اعترض الباحثون قليلا من الأمثلة المتعددة، والمختلة من جهة المخرج منها يوجد في علم التجويد بكون تقسيم المخرج على المخرج المحققي والمخرج المقدري، فهذا التقسيم لا يبقى فى علم الأصوات. ومن جهة الصفة منها يبقى فى علم الأصوات على سبيل الأصوات غير متضاد. وذلك لما فيها من الضعف والخفاء، وهذا البحث لا يوجد فى علم التجويد. الكلمات المفتاحية: اللغويين؛ القراء؛ الأصوات العربية This qualitative research is essentially to understand the apparent meaning of what the final and manufactured measurements were in their measurements, and will remain occupied with their qualitative dimension. Among the characteristics of letters, for example, in phonology, there is a vowel in the vowel, so the two are technical, which are the whispered, or amos, if a little of the multiple choice is investigated, and the disordered in terms of the way out of them is found in the science of Tajweed, with the estimated way out, and this division does not exist in phonology. On the adjective side, there is in phonology, for example, non-antonymous sounds. This is because it contains weakness and failure, and this research does not exist in the science of Tajweed. Abstract

This empowerment aims to provide assistance to several children at Pondok Tahfidz Ummul Quro Al-Islami Bogor in memorizing the Arabic vocabolary about limbs through self-creativity with learning media that can be used in every learning, especially at the level of basic education and generally for various levels of education. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the assistance of learning media skills in memorizing the Arabic vocabolary shows students' interest in memorizing the Arabic vocabolary by applying learning media skills to be more creative and fun. This learning media skill can be used as an alternative for students to develop their own creativity, so that it becomes a shortcut to make it easier to understand the material being taught and avoid boredom. This service explained about the assistance of learning media skills in memorizing the Arabic vocabolary for students at PTUQI Cibungbulang Bogor about how the process of making Arabic learning media skills aimed at making it easier to memorize vocabolary about limbs. However, this media is not limited to the memorization method only and can be continued to learn other methods of discussion. In addition, this research only includes the creation of learning media skills, even though there are still many other skills that can be taught to students to form their own creativity.
