Abstract

Abstract Many of our children are still bury their talents, it is because they feel less confident to their abilities. So that, their talents are not channeled. We as parents and teachers must motivate our children. Because gifted children are different from smart children. Talent means to have potential, while being smart can be obtained by learning something diligently. Although persevering, but not potential, a person will not be able to be as optimal as gifted child. For this reason, the aim of this research is that we as parents and teachers provide full motivation for our children to feature their talents. The subjects in this research is a child who has talent in dancing. The results of this study indicates that the environment is very influential in the dynamics of talent children motivation. In the research process of subject environment both at school and at home is very supportive, but the subject is easily discouraged when there is a talk that offends the subject. Abstract

ABSTRACT Rahmawati , Liyana. 2020. Management of Tourism ReIegi Tomb Troloyo and Socio-Economic Impact on Local Communities Life. STAISAM pungging mojokerto. Keywords: Travel Management, Social-Economic Impact This reseaarch aims to know the management of religious tourism tomb Troloyo in Sidodadi Hamlet, Sentonorejo Village, Trowulan district in Mojokerto Regency, and to know the impact of the management of religious tourism tomb Troloyo towards the socio-economic life of local communities. Data collection methods used in this study is the observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive exploratory method that aims to describe and summarize the management of religious tourism tomb Troloyo and its impact on socio-economic life of local communities. The results of this research can be know by: (1) in the term of management, the managers of tomb Troloyo religious tourism commit the cooperation with the form of MoU (Memorandum of understanding) between the district government and village government. Physical infrastructure has increased 100 % from the previous condition. (2) from the management of tomb Troloyo, it brings the impact on social-economic life such as the pattern of a society that tends to be consumptive, an emphasis on safety and order, the changes in the education sector, and the price of land in the area of tomb which tend to be expensive, life of the local community is the change of livelihoods, occurred the absorption employments that create a new jobs, and the increasing income of local communities is seen from the increasing percentage of local community income that is 70,3 %.

Abstract

The study was done with the aim of identifying waste products Cassava skin for the crisps and new innovation in cassava fuel the advantage of the manufacture of chips is to give people a picture that the cassava sheath can be processed into a nutritious food economical and has many health benefits, cassava skin contains calcium, iron, vitamins B and C, and amylium, The leaves contain Vitamins A, B1, and C, Calcium, Calories, Protein, fat, Charcoal Hydrated, and iron. While the bark of the stem, Contains Tannin, Peroxide enzymes, Glycoside, and Calcium oxalate. The product of these innovations is the cassava skin and grill nozzles cassava al muttaqin, wich will be awarded copyright for superior products on the foundation. Pondok Pesantren Sabilul Muttaqin

Abstract

ABSTRAK Setyawan, Wahyu Aris. 2020, Implementasi Inovasi Baru Pemanfaatan Daun Kelor, Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Sabilul Muttaqin Mojokerto. Kata Kunci : Pemanfaatan Daun Kelor, Implementasi Inovasi Baru Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan Daun Kelor untuk di Jadikan Minuman Teh. Manfaat dari pembuatan Teh Daun Kelor yaitu memberi gambaran kepada masyarakat bahwa Daun Kelor dapat di olah menjadi minuman/prodak yang bernilai ekonomis serta mempunyai banyak manfaat untuk kesehatan, Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi mengenai komposisi fitokimia dan aktivitas antioksidan minuman seduhan daun kelor yang kedepannya dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai minuman kesehatan. Daun kelor juga mengandung Protein yang tinggi sehingga dapat menjaga tekanan darah hingga mencegah kanker dan untuk pengobati diabetes, nyeri sendi, infeksi bakteri, baik untuk ibu menyusaui, menurunkan berat badan, kandungan nutrisi Hasil dari Inovasi ini adalah prodak teh daun kelor Al muttaqin, yang akan di daftarkan hak cipta prodak unggulan di Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Sabilul Muttaqin Mojokerto . ABSTRACT Lilis, ahadiyah. 2020. Use of Learning Models in Statistics Material and Impact on Student Learning Output. Pondok Pesantren “AN NUR” Mojokerto. This study was conducted with the aim to find out the use of Statistics Material learning models and their impact on student learning output at Pondok Pesantren “AN NUR” Mojokerto. Data collection methods used by researchers in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive exploratory method which aims to describe and conclude the use of Statistics material learning models and their impact on student learning output. The results of this study can be known: (1) in the use of Statistics Material learning models, student understanding has increased 100% from the previous condition. (2) in the use of the learning models Statistics Material has an impact on student learning patterns, such as: the level of concentration, memory, comprehension, endurance of learning time, and an increase in student understanding, which is seen from the increasing level of student learning outcomes by 94,87%.
