Abstract

The aims of this research was to determine the effect of the interaction and the best results from the treatment of seedling age in the nursery and plant spacing of shallot (Allium ascalonicum L.). This research was conducted at the Practical Garden of SMK Negeri 5 Kuningan in Ciawilor Village, Ciawigebang District, Kuningan Regency, which is located at an altitude of ± 250 meters above sea level, the air temperature ranges from 25oC - 29oC. This study was arranged using Factorial RAK, with two factors, namely the age of plant seeds (7 MSS, 6 MSS, 5 MSS, and 4 MSS) and plant spacing (10 x 10 cm, 15 x 10 cm, 15 x 15 cm, 15 x 20 cm, and 20 x 20 cm). The results showed an interaction occurred at the average plant height of 42 DAP and independent influence on the average plant height at 21, 28 and 35 DAP, the average number of leaves per clump at 21, 28, 35 and 42 DAP, the average the number of tillers per clump at 35 and 42 DAP, and LPT at 21-28, 28-35 and 35-42 DAP. The weight of dry bulbs per plot showed the best shallot yields were in the treatment of seedling age B4 (4 MSS) with a yield of 3,04 kg/plot with a productivity value of 6,95 tons/ha and treatment with a spacing of J1 (10 x 10 cm) with yields 5,07 kg/plot is equivalent to 11,59 tons/ha.

Abstract

This experiment aims to determine the effect of phosphate fertilizer on the growth and yield of mung bean (Vigna radiata L.) Vima 4 variety. The experiment was carried out in Mekarjaya Village, Gantar District, Indramayu Regency - West Java. The time of the study was carried out from August to November 2021. The location is located at an altitude of ± 50 m above sea level (masl), the soil type is Latosol. The experimental method used is the experimental method with a Randomized Block Design (RAK), treatment consists of two factors repeated three times. The first factor is the dose of phosphate fertilizer which consists of three levels, namely 50kg/ha, 100kg/ha, 150 kg/ha. While the second factor is the spacing which consists of three levels, namely the spacing of 40cm x 10cm, 40cm x 20cm, and 40cm x 30cm. The main observation data were processed using linear model statistical tests, analysis of variance, and Scott-Knot cluster further test analysis. To find out the correlation between the treatment and the components of the growth and yield of the mung bean, the correlation used is the Product Moment corellation coefficient. The experimental results showed: (1) The combination treatment of phosphate fertilizer dose and spacing had an effect on Leaf Area Index at 14, 28 and 35 DAP, plant growth rate 14-21 DAP and 28-35 DAP, root volumes at 14, 21 and 28 DAP, (2) The combination of 100kg/ha phosphate fertilizer treatment and 40cm x 20 cm spacing gave the best response to the growth and yield of mungbeans (3) There was a significant correlation between plant height and dry seed weight per plot in the 35 DAP observation period with a moderate correlation category, there was a significant correlation between leaf number and dry seed weight per plot at 28 DAP observation period, and there was a significant correlation between root volume and dry seed weight per plot at observation period 35 DAP with weak category.

Abstract

This experiment aims to determine the effect of a combination of phosphate fertilizers and biological fertilizers on the yield components and yields of hanjeli rice (Coix lacryma-jobi L.). The experiment was carried out in Mekarjaya Village, Gantar District, Indramayu Regency - West Java. The time of the research was carried out from August to January 2022. The location is located at an altitude of ±50 m above sea level (masl), the soil type is associated with latosol and regosol, including type D rain (medium). The experimental method used was the experimental method with a randomized block design with a combination pattern, the treatment consisted of two factors which were repeated three times. The main factor was the dose of phosphate fertilizer which consisted of three levels, namely 200 kg/ha, 250 kg/ha and 300 kg/ha. While the second factor is the dosage of biological fertilizers consisting of three levels, namely 5 liters/ha, 10 liters/ha and 15 liters/ha. The main observational data were processed using statistical tests of linear models, analysis of variance, and analysis of the Scott-Knot cluster test. To find out the correlation between the treatment and the yield and yield components of the plant, the correlation used is the Product Moment correlation coefficient. The experimental results showed: (1) The combination treatment of phosphate fertilizer doses with biological fertilizer doses had a significant effect on root volume, number of tillers, number of incisors, biomass, seed weight per clump and seed weight per plot, but had no significant effect on plant height, number of leaves , leaf area index and 100 seed weights (2) The combined dose of 300 kg/ha phosphate fertilizer and 10 liter/ha biological fertilizer gave the best effect on seed weight of 3.29 kg per plot (equivalent to 3.29 tons/ha) but no difference significantly on the combination of 250 kg/ha phosphate fertilizer and 15 liter/ha biological fertilizer (3) There is a moderate correlation between the number of fins per clump and seed weight per plot

Abstract

Hanjeli (Coix lacryma-jobi L.), particularly the pulut type of the mayuen variety, has great potential as an alternative food source in Indonesia. However, its utilization remains limited due to the absence of superior cultivars and the lack of breeding and agronomic research. In fact, its relatively high nutritional content can support food diversification. This study aimed to examine the effect of compost and NPK fertilizer dosages on the growth and yield of hanjeli pulut (C. lacryma-jobi L. var. mayuen). The experiment was arranged in a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with two factors: compost fertilizer dosage (K1 = 5 tons/ha, K2 = 10 tons/ha, K3 = 15 tons/ha) and NPK fertilizer dosage (N1 = 200 kg/ha, N2 = 300 kg/ha, N3 = 400 kg/ha). The results showed a significant interaction between compost and NPK fertilizer treatments on plant height at 13 weeks after planting (WAP). The combination of 15 tons/ha compost and 400 kg/ha NPK produced the best effect on growth and yield, with productivity reaching 3.09 tons/ha under 15 tons/ha compost treatment and 2.79 tons/ha under 400 kg/ha NPK treatment. Moreover, a positive correlation was found between growth components, namely the number of leaves at 13 WAP and the number of tillers at 13 WAP, with yield components such as seed weight per plot. Thus, the application of 15 tons/ha compost and 400 kg/ha NPK fertilizer can significantly improve the growth and productivity of hanjeli pulut (C. lacryma-jobi L. var. mayuen), highlighting its potential as an alternative food crop in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The response to growth and yield of rice in Inpari 42, Ciherang and Mekongga varieties to various planting methods of Jajar Legowo, and (2) Varieties and planting methods of legowo row which have a good effect on rice growth and yield. The research was carried out in a rice field area belonging to the UPTD of the Food and Agriculture Security Service in Cirahayu Village, Luragung District, Kuningan Regency, from April to June 2020. The method used in this study was an experimental method, using a randomized block design (RBD), which consisted of 15 treatments of combination of rice varieties and the legowo row planting method and was repeated three times. To determine the effect of the treatments tested, analysis of variance was used through the F test, with further tests using Scott Knott's Cluster Test at the 5 percent real level. The results showed that: (1) The treatment of three rice varieties on various planting methods had significant effects on the growth and yield of rice plants. The 2 : 1 legowo row planting method on three rice varieties affected the plant height of harvested dry grain and milled dry grain per plot, while the 4 : 1 legowo row planting method in three rice varieties had an effect on the number of tillers per hill, the number of productive tillers per hill, leaf area index, number of panicles per clump, number of grains per panicle, number of filled grains per panicle, weight of 1000 grains of grain. The Ciherang variety has a good effect on the weight of 1000 grain grains, while the Inpari 42 variety has a good effect on the yield of dry grain harvested and the yield of milled dry grain per plot, and (2) the combination of Inpari 42 variety with the 2: 1 legowo row planting method gives good effect on yields of harvested dry unhulled rice and yields of milled dry unhulled rice per plot, which is 9.27 kg or equivalent to 10.30 tons of dry unhulled rice per hectare, and 7.81 kg of dry unhulled rice per plot or equivalent to 8.68 tons of unhulled rice dry milled oer acres.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Besarnya biaya produksi, penerimaan, pendapatan (2) Analisis kelayakan finansial sebelum dan sesudah penambahan teknologi yang dibagi dua periode produksi. Penambahan teknologi berupa mesin penggiling, pengahalus adonan dan pemotong. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Pengolahan Terasi Cap Kepala Dua Sapi di Desa Eretan Kulon Kecamatan Kandanghaur Kabupaten Indramayu. Hasil biaya total produksi periode ke-I Rp 695.510.500, periode ke-II Rp 1.818.185.167. Penerimaan periode ke-I Rp 1.566.000.000, periode ke-II Rp 4.280.333.333. Pendapatan periode ke-I Rp 870.489.500, periode ke-II Rp 2.462.148.167. Nilai R/C rasio periode ke-I 2,23 dan periode ke-II 2,36. Nilai B/C rasio periode ke-I 1,23 dan periode ke-II 1,36. Artinya nilai R/C rasio > 1 dan nilai B/C rasio > 0 bahwa pengolahan dikatakan layak baik sebelum maupun sesudah penambahan teknologi. BEP produksi periode ke-I 19.660 kg dan periode ke-II 40.061 kg. BEP harga periode ke-I Rp 197.483 per bal dan periode ke-II Rp 236.158 per bal. Produksi periode ke-I BEP produksi 19.660 kg > jumlah produksi yang dicapai 14.668 kg dan pada periode ke-II BEP produksi 40.061 kg > jumlah produksi yang dicapai 7.833 kg. Harga jual periode ke-I BEP harga Rp 197.483 per bal > harga jual Rp 141.667 per bal, periode ke-II BEP harga Rp 236.158 per bal > harga jual Rp 181.667 per bal. Kata Kunci: Kelayakan, Pendapatan, Penerimaan, Terasi, Indramayu

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Saluran tataniaga bawang merah, (2) Besarnya marjin tataniaga pada masing-masing lembaga tataniaga bawang merah di bawang merah, (3) Saluran tataniaga mana yang lebih menguntungkan untuk para petani bawang merah, dan (4) Besarnya bagian harga yang diterima petani bawang merah (farmer’s share) pada berbagai saluran tataniaga bawang merah di Desa Gebang  Kecamatan Gebang  Kabupaten Cirebon. Penelitian dilakukan Desa Gebang  Kecamatan Gebang  Kabupaten Cirebon pada bulan Agustus 2021. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah medode kuantitatif, dengan pendekatan survey, dengan jumlah petani sampel 30 orang, pedagang pengumpul sebanyak 10 orang, pedagang besar 3 orang, pedagang perantara 7 orang, dan pedagang pengecer 8 orang. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data primer dan data sekunder yang ada hubungannya dengan masalah penelitian. Data yang dihasilkan dianalisis secara deskriptif dan statistik. Analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk mengetahui saluran tataniaga dan fungsi tataniaga. Sedangkan analisis statistik digunakan untuk mengetahui marjin tataniaga dan besarnya bagian harga yang diterima petani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Terdapat dua sistem saluran tataniaga bawang merah di Desa Gebang Kecamatan Gebang  Kabupaten Cirebon, yaitu Petani–Pedagang Pengumpul–Pedagang Pengecer–Konsumen dan Petani–Pedagang Pengumpul–Pedagang Besar-Pedagang Pengecer–Konsumen, (2) Marjin tataniaga bawang merah yang paling besar adalah pada saluran tataniaga II yakni Rp. 11.000 per kg (59,86%) dan yang terkecil pada saluran tataniaga I yakni Rp. 10.200 per kg (54,22%), (3) Saluran tataniaga I lebih menguntungkan dengan nilai keuntungan lebih besar dan saluran tataniaga II, dan (4) Famer’s Share atau bagian harga yang dieterima petani bawang merah pada saluran tataniaga I sebesar 52,99% dan bagian harga yang diterima petani bawang merah saluran tataniaga II sebesar 51,11%. Kata Kunci : Analisis Saluran, Margin Tataniaga, Bawang Merah
