Abstract

This internship program was conducted at PT Setya Kuliner Mandiri, focusing on the implementation of a web-based operational vehicle application and scheduling system to support the official travel process (SPPD). The background to this activity stems from administrative issues that are still carried out manually, such as recording in agenda books, communication via text messages, and the absence of a centralized database that causes vehicle schedule conflicts, miscommunication with drivers, and a lack of documentation of vehicle usage history. The purpose of this activity is to help the company realize a more efficient, transparent system that is able to provide real-time information regarding SPPD applications, vehicle availability, and driver assignments. The partner in this activity is the company's Operational Administration department, which is the main unit in managing SPPD and operational vehicles. The methods used include observation, interviews, literature studies, and system design using the SDLC approach. The results of this activity indicate that the web-based system is able to reduce the risk of recording errors, improve coordination between units, and provide a neater and more easily traceable digital archive. These findings emphasize the importance of digital transformation for companies to improve operational effectiveness and support more accurate decision making.

Abstract

The development of information technology plays an important role in supporting marketing strategies and improving services in the printing service industry. CV. Percetakan Sapitri still relies on conventional marketing and ordering methods, which limits market reach and service efficiency. This study aims to develop a company profile and printing service website using the prototyping model as a digital solution to enhance marketing effectiveness. The prototyping model was chosen because it allows direct user involvement throughout the system development process through iterative evaluation and refinement. The developed website provides features such as company profile, list of services and prices, printing gallery, and an online ordering form. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to ensure that all functions operate as expected. The results indicate that the website facilitates easier access to service information, accelerates the ordering process, and supports the expansion of marketing reach. Therefore, the prototyping-based website development contributes positively to digital transformation and competitiveness improvement at CV. Percetakan Sapitri.

Abstract

Keamanan dan keaslian sertifikat digital menjadi isu penting dalam manajemen identitas di era digital. Maraknya sertifikat palsu dapat menurunkan tingkat kepercayaan terhadap dokumen resmi dan memperlambat proses verifikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem manajemen sertifikat digital berbasis website yang mengintegrasikan teknologi blockchain untuk meningkatkan keamanan, transparansi, dan akurasi verifikasi. Sistem dikembangkan memanfaatkan dua basis data, yaitu MySQL untuk data pengguna dan MongoDB untuk metadata sertifikat, serta terhubung dengan MetaMask untuk pencatatan hash transaksi di jaringan Ethereum. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah waterfall, dan pengujian dilakukan terhadap fungsionalitas sistem oleh admin, pengguna, dan verifikator. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu melakukan unggah, penyimpanan, dan verifikasi sertifikat secara otomatis dengan tingkat keamanan tinggi dan proses yang lebih efisien dibandingkan metode manual. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan dan efisiensi proses verifikasi sertifikat digital di LPK Piltera.
