Abstract

The importance of growing people?s interest the teachings conveyed by instructors to the Banjar Cemenggon community is a big challenge for PNS Hindu Religious Extension. The presence of Hindu Religious Extension is expected to be able to answer all phenomena that occur in the Banjar Cemenggon community. Based on the background above, the problem is: 1) What is the existence of the Hindu Religious Extension in Banjar Cemenggon, 2) What is the strategy of Persuasive Communication of Hindu Religion in Banjar Cemenggon? 3 What is the impact of the Persuasive Communication of Religious Extension in Banjar Cemenggon?The theories used in the research are: 1) Structural Functional Theory, 2) Persuasive Communication Theory, 3) Communication Effect Theory. This study uses qualitative research techniques. The technique of presenting the results of the study is by descriptive technique. This study found 1) The existence of extension agents in Banjar Cemenggon is characterized by providing programs targeting certain groups, namely: BKB (toddler family guidance), BKR (adolescent family guidance), BKL (guidance for elderly families). 2) Persuasive Communication Strategy that is used in three stages, namely the initial stage, namely the approach to the teacher, the implementation phase is characterized by counseling dharma discourse and technical guidance, and the final stage is by evaluation. 3) The impact that occurred on the Banjar Cemenggon community, namely: cognitive impact when the community understood the message conveyed by the instructor, the affective impact was marked by the community's interest in counseling, and the impact of behavior when the community was able to make upakara facilities in accordance with the counselor's appeal.

Abstract

The Hoax propagation on social media is a problem that has to be solved. The main problem with the propagation of hoaxes on social media is that they can go viral very quickly. There have been various approaches developed to identify Hoax in the earlier stage. This study is conducted in order to analyze the various approaches that have been developed by many researchers in Hoax's identification domain. The result of literature study from various scientific papers shows that Hoax identification on social media is better if performed automatically using Machine Learning. On the several datasets, they have successfully obtain best-case accuracy of 75% -96%.

Abstract

This research is mainly discussing about the FKUB in Mojokerto Regency where many cross-religion disputes occur. Based on that fact, the problems discussed in this reserach are (1) How is the eksistence of FKUB playing a role in maintaining the cross-religion harmony in Mojokerto? (2) What is the impact given by the FKUB in maintaining the cross-religion harmony in Mojokerto? (3) What is the benefit of communication strategy developed by FKUB in maintaining the cross-religion harmony in Mojokerto?The theories used in this reasearc are (1) the theory of existence by Soren Kierkegaard, (2) the theory of structural fungsional, (3) constructivist theory. This research is using several methods which are Qualitative method with phenomenological approach. The location of this research is Mojokerto Regency while the data used is qualitative data. The data source are primary and secondary data. The technique to determine the informan is purvosive sampling.This research found that (1) The existence of FKUB in carried out dialog between the leaders of various religions create a guideline for each religion to create peace and harmony among them selves and with others. (2) The positive impact is the harmony between religion exist but the negative effect is the bad impression while making the majority as decision maker. (3) there are three benefits gained from the comunication strategy of FKUB which are the villagers become more harmonious especially those having various religions, for the local organization, its member can blend in without thinking about their differences and third for the government officers where they can do their duty without thinking about their differences. It can be said that FKUB is doing an excellent job.

Abstract

The application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasingly massive in the industries. One of the advantages of implementing AI is operational efficiency, because by using AI that is implemented on computer machines, the use of human as an operator in an industry can be minimized. This certainly affects the operational efficiency of an organization. One form of AI implementation in the industries is the Chatbot program. Chatbot is a virtual program that is able to communicate like a human. In many cases, Chatbot take role in the Front-End section of an organization that functions as a customer relations medium. This paper aims to examine various techniques of developing Chatbot for the past 8 years in the academic research environment. In this paper there are 6 scientific articles reviewed focusing on the their techniques and methods of development. The results obtained show that there has been a shift or development of Chatbot's communication features, from the original symbol-based computer keyboard to audio-based speech recognition. Also, there are variations in the construction of knowledge bases, ranging from AIML to semantic based.
