Informasi terkait kesehatan dan perkembangan kesehatan kerja sektor informal relatif kurang mendapatkan perhatian sehingga perlu diantisipasi dan diberikan solusi bagi berbagai hambatan dalam pelaksanaan K3 sektor informal. Salah satu bentuk perhatian pemerintah dalam penerapan K3 sektor industri informal adalah Pos Upaya Kesehatan Kerja (Pos UKK). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai bagaimana kinerja Pos UKK di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kecamatan Dawe Kabupaten Kudus. Penelitan ini dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif-komparatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar pengamatan, paduan wawancara, dan lembar studi dokumentasi. Terdapat 18 informan yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penilaian kinerja Pos UKK wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rejosari lebih baik daripada Puskesmas Dawe. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah masih perlunya perbaikan pada pelaksanaan Pos UKK baik di wilayah kerja Puskemas Dawe maupun Puskesmas Rejosari.AbstractInformation related to health and the development of occupational health in the informal sector is relatively lacking attention so it needs to be anticipated and given solutions to various obstacles in the implementation of OSH informal sector. One form of government attention in the application of OSH to the informal industrial sector is the Occupational Health Efforts Post (UKK Post). the purpose of this study was to assess how the performance of the UKK Post in the working area of Dawe District Health Center, Kudus Regency. This research was conducted in June 2019. This type of research is descriptive-comparative with a qualitative approach. The research instrument used observation sheets, interview alloys, and documentation study sheets. There are 18 informants who were determined by purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the performance evaluation of the UKK Post in the working area of the Rejosari Community Health Center was better than that of the Dawe Health Center.
