Abstract

 Instagram merupakan salah satu media yang dimanfaatkan mahasiswa KPI untuk menyampaikan pesan dakwah kepada khalayak dan sebagai akses pesan dakwah bagi mahasiswa agar mempermudah dakwah yang di terima oleh mad’u. Permasalahannya adalah dakwah merupakan tugas bagi setiap umat muslim yang dalam menjalaninya tidaklah semudah yang dibayangkan, karena begitu banyak persoalan dan tantangan yang harus dihadapi dilapangan. Oleh karena itu dakwah Islam harus fleksibel, mampu mengikuti perkembangan zaman, perkembangan umat dan budaya umat, harus dikemas dengan menarik. Ketika melihat situasi dan kondisi mahasiswa, ternyata Instagram begitu akrab dengan aktivitas keseharian mahasiswa, bahkan tak sedikit yang setiap harinya pasti membuka Instagram, dari sini Da’i memanfaatkan Instagram sebagai media dakwah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Komunikasi dan Penyiaran Islam UIN Raden Intan Lampung yang menggunakan Instagram dan mengakses pesan dakwah di Instagram. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa : Instagram memberikan banyak sekali manfaat sebagai media dakwah. Dalam memanfaatkan Instagram sebagai media dakwah bagi mahasiswa KPI, terdapat 2 macam bentuk pemanfaatan; 1) Pemanfaatan Instagram sebagai media komunikasi, 2) Pemanfaatan Instagram sebagai media dakwah. Kesimpulannya, Instagram dapat dikatakan efektif sebagai media dakwah, jika digunakan dengan baik sesuai syariat Islam. Secara keseluruhan dakwah di Instagram yang merupakan dakwah milenial mampu menciptakan dakwah yang innovatif yang mampu menarik perhatian followers untuk membagikan ke media sosial yang mereka miliki.

Abstract

Indonesia is currently facing a coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic. The Situation is increasingly difficult, positive cases of COVID-19 are increasing. Various efforts were made to prevent COVID-19 transmission. Each region reaps the pros and cons and have different problems and require different ways of dealing with it. Each local leader has a different strategy and socialization so that what is conveyed can be heard and done by the community. Submission of communication messages built by the Government of the City of Bandar Lampung through Diskominfotik to control the social system of the community seems to be still weak because there are still many hoaxes that are trusted by the community that causes excessive panic. This is where the role of public communication is needed, to provide information to the community, calm the community, to unite together against COVID-19. Also, a very important thing to do is to strengthen public communication on the role of local governments in informing and providing education to the local community. So that the social system remains balanced and does not experience inequality in the face of the current COVID-19 pandemic. United against COVID-19. Abstract

Each region in Indonesia has its characteristics in the spread of da'wah, so that Islam thrives in society. The history of da'wah in Indonesia is strongly related to the Wali Songo who spread Islamic da'wah throughout Indonesia. In the 15th century, Islam entered Lampung through the culture. One cultural expression is a symbol. Symbols are representations of subjects that have a specific purpose. Symbols have two meanings, first is religious thought and practice.. Second, is a system of logical and scientific thinking, symbols are used in the sense of abstract signs.In Lampung, the Siger functions as the crown of the bride, which is iconic. Siger that is golden reflects the glory of the people of Lampung, Siger has the meaning of feminism. That according to Lampung people, women play an important role in life.Philosophy and da'wah are interconnected. The task of philosophy is to find clarity in it. In a symbol contained deep meaning. Siger Lampung has Islamic values contained, which functions to foster religious harmony in Lampung, because these religious values have been converted to the cultural values of the local community. The emblem of the Lampung people embodied in the form of Siger shows that dakwah to the people of Lampung was carried out with a cultural approach as known as cultural dakwah as practiced by the Wali Songo.
