Abstract

Belum optimalnya hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas IV SD Gugus XI Kecamatan Buleleng menjadi alas an utama dilakukannya penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model pembelajaran Creative Problem Solving (CPS) berbantuan media Question Box terhadap hasil belajar IPS. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan rancangan non equivalent post-test only control group design. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SD di Gugus XI Kecamatan Buleleng yang berjumlah 118 orang. Dari populasi tersebut kemudian diambil sampel dengan teknik random sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 70 siswa. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen tes objektif dalam bentuk pilihan ganda. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji-t diperoleh thitung = 2,384 sedangkan ttabel = 1,995 pada taraf signifikan 5 % untuk derajat kebebasan 36 + 34 – 2 = 68. Berdasarkan kriteria penghitungan karena  thitung > ttabel maka terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran Creative Problem Solving dengan kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model konvensional. Dari hasil analisis uji-t tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Creative Problem Solving berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa.  Implikasi penelitian ini yaitu model Creative Problem Solving berbantuan media Question Box sesuai untuk diterapkan, karena model ini dapat melatih siswa untuk berpikir kritis dalam menyelesaikan setiap permasalahan secara kreatif, sehingga tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai.

Abstract

The worldwide COVID-19 pandemic has forced numerous businesses to a standstill, with the tourism sector, especially the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) sector, facing severe challenges. However, this unprecedented situation highlights the unpredictable nature of crises and their potential to reshape travel patterns. This research examines the factors contributing to the success of the digitalization strategy in the MICE industry and explores the impact of digitalization on the industry's pursuit of sustainable tourism goals. The research employs a detailed and all-encompassing examination of the subject, utilizing a case study research methodology in conjunction with a qualitative descriptive research strategy. Data collection involves observation, literature analysis, and interviews conducted with participants in the tourism industry and management of MICE companies. The findings suggest significant potential for Bali as a MICE destination. Digitalization is identified as a pivotal factor in enhancing the future resilience of the MICE industry by creating new prospects, tackling industry challenges, and promoting sustainable event tourism.

Abstract

The Transformation of village governance after the enactment of Undang-Undang Nomor 3 Tahun 2024 in respect of Villages has opened up space for strengthening village autonomy and encouraging the implementation of Good Governance principles at the local level. In this context, the Collaborative Governance approach is a relevant conceptual framework for examining multi-actor involvement in the public decision-making process in a participatory, responsive, and inclusive manner. This study seeks to analyze how Collaborative Governance practices are carried out in the governance of Tegal Harum Village, as well as how the manner in which local Tri Hita Karana values are incorporated into the collaborative process among the village government, traditional villages, communities, and the private sectors. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, literature review, and document analysis. The informant determination technique used is purposive sampling consisting of representatives of the village government, traditional villages, communities, and the private sector. This research is expected to show the collaboration carried out in the governance of Tegal Harum Village, as well as the integration of local Tri Hita Karana values in the collaborative process between the village government, traditional village, community, and private sector.
