Abstract

Al-Quran itu merupakan himpunan huruf-huruf dan kata-kata yang dapat dibaca dan menjadi mu’jizat abadi kepada Rasulullah yang tidak mungkin bisa ditandingi oleh manusia, diturunkan ke dalam hati Rasulullah saw, diturunkan ke generasi berikutnya secara mutawatir, ketika dibaca bernilai ibadah dan menjadi pedoman hidup bagi setiap umat Islam yang ada di muka bumi. pelaksanaan gemar mengaji di Kecamatan Marioriwawo Kabupaten Soppeng disebabkan oleh regulasi yang ada yaitu pemerintah menempatkan guru mengaji per RT dan tiap RT ditempatkan 2 orang guru mengaji, dan anak anak dianjurkan datang sendiri mengaji dan terkadang ada orang tua yang mengantar anaknya dan model perekrutannyapun masih tradisional terkadang dari mulut ke mulut dan terkadang orang tua peserta didik mendampingi ke rumah guru mengaji Kreativitas guru mengaji dalam proses pembelajaran dalam memberi penguatan dalam mengemukakan materi. kreatifitas guru mengaji di Kecamatan Marioriwawo Kabupaten Soppeng dalam hal iklim mencakup pertama, Menciptakan interpersonal yang kuat dan cinta pada al-Quran, kedua, Menciptakan hubungan yang baik antara guru mengaji mengaji dan peserta didik dan ketiga Kesungguhan dalam menerima dan peduli terhadap peserta didik.

Abstract

The terms used by Qur'an in discussing leadership are al-Imam, al-khilafah, Ulil amri, and Al-Mulk. Leadership is the ability and readiness for someone to know, to guide, to direct and to motivate others so that they work to achieve the same goals. The morality values of Islamic leadership prioritize religiosity which is integrated with moral values. These moral values include humanity, social, and aegis values. Religiosity leads a leader to act, decide, organize, and run the system based on Qur'an and hadith. Ethical leadership makes the atmosphere of work relations in an organization or an Islamic educational institution more comfortable and avoids vertical or horizontal conflicts.

Abstract

The teacher is a role model, both in terms of knowledge and personality for his students. The role of the teacher is contained in article 3 of Law no. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, which states that national education functions to develop capabilities and form dignified national character and civilization in the context of educating the nation's life, aims to develop the potential of students to become human beings who believe and fear God Almighty, have good morals noble, healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent, and a democratic and responsible citizen. Character in Greek and Latin, character comes from the word charassein which means to carve a permanent and indelible pattern. Character or character is a combination of all human traits that are permanent so that it becomes a special sign to distinguish one person from another. Individuals with good character are individuals who can make decisions and are ready to take responsibility for any consequences of the decisions they make. three stages of character formation, namely: Moral knowing, namely understanding well in children about the meaning of goodness. Moral feeling, namely building a love of good behavior in children which will become a source of energy for children to behave well. Moral feeling is strengthening the emotional aspects of students to become human beings with character. This reinforcement is related to the forms of attitude that must be felt by students, namely awareness of identity, self-confidence, sensitivity to the suffering of others, love of truth, self-control, and humility. Moral action is how to make moral knowledge into real action.
