Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of providing an understanding that in the current national education system the values of Pancasila must be instilled as basic values for elementary school students. The reason is that the moral formation of a human being is largely determined from the beginning of his educational development. Therefore, Pancasila values must have existed since elementary school. The method used in this research is library research, namely research on secondary data obtained through library research. The approach is descriptive analysis, namely by collecting data according to the truth, then the data is compiled, processed and analyzed to provide an overview of the existing problem. The results of this research are that in the National Education System, it is clearly stated that education aims to shape students into people of faith, piety and good character. This is in accordance with Pancasila, where Pancasila is a big idea that represents the values in life, because the values of Pancasila are taken from the culture of the Indonesian nation itself, so it is hoped that it can be and can be instilled in everyone from an early age.

Abstract

Gender-based violence (GBV) is a critical issue that undermines the integrity of elections and the participation of women in democratic processes. This study aims to identify the problems, challenges, and strategies for preventing GBV in the context of election oversight institutions. Using a qualitative research method with a literature review approach, the study reveals that GBV manifests in various forms, including sexual harassment, verbal intimidation, and gender discrimination. Key challenges include entrenched patriarchal norms, the underrepresentation of women in election oversight leadership, and insufficient policies and reporting mechanisms to address the issue. Mitigation strategies emphasize strengthening regulations, implementing gender-sensitive recruitment processes, and providing GBV education to enhance awareness and commitment among stakeholders. These measures aim to create a safe, inclusive, and violence-free work environment, ensuring professional and integrity-driven election monitoring practices.

Abstract

Islamic education during the time of the Prophet Muhammad  emphasized an integrative and transformative approach, combining cognitive, affective, and moral dimensions. However, modern education tends to promote superficial learning that focuses primarily on memorization and cognitive achievement, thereby failing to foster deep understanding and behavioral transformation among learners. This study aims to analyze the integration of the Prophet’s teaching methods with the deep learning paradigm as a solution to this issue. The research employs a library research method with a descriptive-analytical approach and content analysis technique, using sources such as the Qur’an, Hadith, classical Islamic literature, and contemporary academic journals. The findings reveal that the Prophet’s methods—exemplary conduct, interactive dialogue, and contextual learning—align with the three main pillars of deep learning: meaningful learning, mindful learning, and joyful learning. Critically, this model not only emphasizes conceptual understanding but also encourages moral reflection, value internalization, and behavioral transformation. The study implies that this integration can serve as a philosophical and pedagogical foundation for developing a more meaningful, humanistic, and transformative Islamic education in the modern era.
