Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh word of mouth dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian handphone merek Oppo di Kota Masohi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksplanatori (explanatory research) dengan model penelitian yang digunakan adalah model survey. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan handphone merek Oppo di Kota Masohi. Penarikan sampel menggunakan acendential sampling sehingga jumlah sampel akhir adalah sebanyak 124 responden. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda.            Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa word of mouth maupun kualitas produk terbukti berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian handphone merek Oppo di Kota Masohi. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan melalui koefisien regresi word of mouth maupun kualitas produk yang menunjukkan jika nilai word of mouth maupun kualitas produk meningkat, maka peningkatan tersebut akan diikuti oleh peningkatan keputusan pembelian handphone merek Oppo di Kota Masohi. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa peningkatan word of mouth maupun kualitas produk akan meningkatkan keputusan pembelian handphone merek Oppo di Kota Masohi. Kata Kunci: Word of Mouth, Kualitas Produk, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

Office facilities are a factor that influences and increases employee work effectiveness. This research aims to determine the influence of office facilities on employee work effectiveness at the Telutih District Office, Central Maluku Regency. The sample was taken from 32 respondents using the nonprobability sampling formula. The analytical method used in this research is simple linear regression analysis and descriptive analysis with SPSS software, the regression obtained is Y=0.675 + 0.789X, while descriptive analysis shows that office facilities at the Telutih District Office, Central Maluku Regency have an average value of 3 .19 which is interpreted as quite good, and work effectiveness shows that the average value is 3.33 which is interpreted as quite good. The research results show that the termination coefficient value for office facilities which influences employee work effectiveness has a contribution of 96.9% and the remaining 3.1% is influenced by other variables outside the research. Based on these results, it can be concluded that office facilities have a positive and significant effect on the work effectiveness of employees at the Telutih District Office, Central Maluku Regency. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work facilities on employee performance at the General Section of the Central Maluku district office. The research method used was simple linear regression analysis with a sample of Central Maluku District General Office employees. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires distributed to Central Maluku District General Office employees. Data analysis uses simple linear regression to test the influence of the independent variable (work facilities) on the dependent variable (employee performance). The research results show that work facilities have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.513. The practical implications of the research are the need to improve facilities and develop employee capabilities to increase efficiency, effectiveness and quality of public services.
