Abstract

Untuk melaksanakan tugas pokok dan fungsinya Kepegawaian Dinas Pendidikan kabupaten Cirebon dianggap masih belum optimal. Rendahnya tingkat kinerja pegawai ditunjukan menyebabkan baban kerja menjadi terbagi tidak rata dan tidak sesuai pada tupoksi, dan kurangnya bentuk penghargaan baik dalam bentuk uang atau non uang bagi pegawai yang memiliki prestasi kerja. Diantara beberapa hal yang dapat dilakukan dalam mengembangkan diri karyawan adalah peningkatan kemampuan kerja, motivasi diri dan pengembangan kecerdasan emosional. Tentunya hal tersebut harus didasari atas kesadaran dan daya dukung dari organisasi. Kontribusi yang diberikan oleh pengaruh faktor motivasi dengan Kinerja Pegawai dapat juga kita lihat dari hasil Nilai thitung variabel Faktor motivasi (X2) sebesar 4,871 ≥ t_tabel (0,68137) dengan tingkat signifikansi α=5%. Sedangkan Kontribusi yang diberikan oleh pengaruh Faktor Kemampuan, terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dapat dilihat dari hasil Nilai thitung variabel Faktor Kemampuan (X1) sebesar 4,311 dengan tingkat signifikansi α=5%. Berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel Faktor Kemampuan (X1) dengan Kinerja Pegawai(Y). Dari hasil tersebut maka Ho ditolak dan berarti Ha diterima. Kemudian ketahui bahwa uji F kedua variabel bebas sebesar 161,491atau ada hubungan karena tingkat Sig sebesar 0,000 atau lebih kecil dari 0,05 (p<0.05) yang berarti variabel Faktor Kemampuan dan Faktor motivasi secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Dari hasil tersebut maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kata Kunci: Kinerja, Pegawai, Kemampuan, Pengaruh, Penghargaan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the success of implementing the donation-based crowdfunding system in donation applications. This research will be carried out using a quantitative approach. Researchers will carry out observations and questionnaires using accidental sampling to ask respondents to answer questions that have been created in the form of a Google Form link. Researchers collected samples using the purposive sampling method. 100 people were used as respondents in this research. SmartPLS was used to carry out inferential data processing. In accordance with the results of the analysis discussion, it can be concluded that the variables in the UTAUT and EUCS models that are proven to have a positive and significant influence in measuring the level of success in implementing the donation-based crowdfunding system in applications are accuracy, content, facilitating conditions, performance expectancy, price value, social influence, user satisfaction, behavioral intention, and use behavior. Meanwhile, the effort expectancy and perceived credibility variables were proven to have no positive or significant effect in this research. Based on data analysis, the biggest variable that influences the level of success in implementing the donation-based crowdfunding system in applications is the behavioral intention variable towards use behavior. The second variable that has the most influence is performance expectancy on perceived credibility. Meanwhile, the other variable is user satisfaction with behavioral intention. From the results of the data processing that has been carried out, the variable that has the smallest influence on the level of success in implementing the donation-based crowdfunding system in the application is effort expectancy on behavioral intention. Next is the variable perceived credibility on behavioral intention.

Abstract

Financial ratio analysis is a crucial method for evaluating the performance of entities, as employed in this study to measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and self-reliance ratios of Panguragan Lor Village, Panguragan District, Cirebon Regency. This research adopts a quantitative approach with purposive sampling involving 24 representatives from village officials and community members knowledgeable in financial analysis. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis employed descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, t-test, ftest, and coefficient of determination using SPSS version 25 software. The study findings reveal significant improvements in the values of effectiveness, efficiency, and self-reliance ratios sequentially. Both the F-test and T-test demonstrate a positive and significant influence of the effectiveness ratio on the village's financial performance. The calculated coefficient of determination indicates that 41.5% of the variation in financial performance can be explained by the variables of effectiveness, efficiency, and self-reliance examined in this study. Meanwhile, approximately 58.5% of the remaining variation may be attributed to other factors not considered in this research. This study provides deep insights into the importance of financial ratio analysis in assessing village financial performance and its implications for decision-making and policy development aimed at improving village financial management in the future.
